OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra Powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9400+

OnePlus is gearing up to launch a new smartphone, tentatively named the OnePlus Ace 5 Supreme Edition or OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra. This follows the successful release of the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro and OnePlus Ace 5 last year. Ahead of the official announcement, the upcoming device has been spotted on the Geekbench database, revealing impressive specifications. Additionally, a new pair of OnePlus earbuds has reportedly received certification from the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), while Oppo’s Enco Clip earbuds have also surfaced on the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) certification site.

Specifications of the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra

The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra, identified by the model number PLC110, has appeared on Geekbench, indicating it may run on the upcoming Android 15 operating system. The benchmark results show a single-core score of 2,779 and a multi-core score of 8,660. The device is expected to feature a substantial 15.03GB of RAM, which is likely to be rounded up to 16GB in marketing materials.

Powering the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra is an octa-core chipset with a base frequency of 2.40GHz. The listing details a prime CPU core that can reach a maximum clock speed of 3.73GHz, alongside three additional cores clocked at 3.30GHz and four cores capped at 2.40GHz. These specifications suggest that the device will utilize the newly unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, which is designed to deliver enhanced performance and efficiency.

Upcoming Launches from OnePlus

OnePlus is rumored to unveil the OnePlus Ace 5 Supreme Edition alongside the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition later this month. The company previously introduced the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro and OnePlus Ace 5 in December of last year in China. The Ace 5 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition SoC, while the Ace 5 features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The upcoming models are expected to build on this legacy, offering consumers even more advanced technology and features.

Oppo Enco Clip and OnePlus Earbuds Certification

In related news, Oppo’s upcoming Enco Clip earbuds have been spotted on the IMDA certification site, with the charging case designated as model number ETEH1. These earbuds are anticipated to launch in China next week, coinciding with the release of the Oppo Reno 14 series.

Interestingly, a pair of OnePlus wireless earbuds has also been identified in the FCC database, sharing the same model number E516A as the Oppo Enco Clip case. This suggests that OnePlus may be developing a similar product to compete in the wireless audio market. The certification indicates that each earbud will be equipped with a 58mAh battery, while the charging case will house a 530mAh cell, promising users extended listening time.
