The portal has successfully conducted more than 41 lakh career guidance sessions, helping individuals navigate their career paths and make informed decisions. This initiative underscores the importance of personalized guidance in enhancing employability and ensuring that users are well-equipped to meet the demands of the job market.

Public-Private Partnerships for Enhanced Opportunities

To strengthen employment opportunities, the Ministry of Labour and Employment has actively pursued public-private partnerships, signing over 25 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various companies and platforms. Notable partners include TCS iON, Quikr, and Amazon, among others. These collaborations aim to integrate job listings, provide skill development programs, and expand career counseling services available on the NCS Portal. By leveraging the resources and expertise of private sector partners, the NCS Portal enhances its service offerings, making it a more valuable resource for job seekers and employers alike.

Growing User Base and Employer Registration

As of July 10, 2025, the NCS Portal has registered more than 48 lakh employers, reflecting its growing popularity and effectiveness in connecting job seekers with potential employers. The platform has mobilized over 6.43 crore vacancies, encompassing opportunities in government, private, and public sector undertakings. This extensive reach demonstrates the portal’s role as a vital tool in the job market, facilitating connections between job seekers and employers.
