Digital India BHASHINI Division Overview
The Digital India BHASHINI Division serves as India’s national platform for AI-powered multilingual digital inclusion. It currently supports over 800 government websites, having facilitated more than 9 billion AI inferences, with daily processing of over 24 million AI inferences across 36 Indian text languages, 23 voice languages, and 35 international languages. This initiative significantly enhances access to Digital Public Infrastructure through Language AI.
