Welcome to Jhanak Written Update 5th May 2025. In this written update, we follow the ongoing story of our favourite characters as they face new challenges, share emotional moments, and continue their journey. In Today’s Episode Now Letโs read out the latest drama, relationships, and unexpected events that happened through our scene-wise Jhanak Written Update.
Scene 1: Nutan Takes Charge
Hemu pushes Nutan, and she shouts loudly. Parashar hears this and rushes to see what happened. He finds Nutan in trouble and moves toward her quickly. Hemu warns Parashar not to get involved because he wants to teach Nutan a lesson. Parashar gets angry at Hemu for hurting Nutan. He shouts at Hemu and beats him up. Scared and hurt, Hemu runs away from there.
Parashar asks Nutan gently, “What happened? Why did Hemu push you?”
Nutan calmly replies, “I slapped Hemu first.”
Surprised, Parashar asks, “Why did you slap him? What did he do?”
Nutan looks at him and says firmly, “Even if I tell you everything, you can’t solve this issue. I must protect myself. Not just myself, but I will also teach all the women in this village how to protect themselves.”
Parashar feels bad and admits, “You are right, Nutan. I failed to keep you safe. I understand now; keeping you safe is more important than studies or work. I’m very sorry. From now on, I promise I’ll always protect you.”
But Nutan shakes her head and says clearly, “We women can’t stay inside our homes all the time because we are scared. Many people like Hemu live in this village. All women must learn to be brave. I will teach them.”
Parashar nods in agreement and says softly, “I will support you, Nutan. Whatever you need, I’ll be there.”
Scene 2: Lalon’s Promise to Apu
Elsewhere, Lalon sits near Apu and speaks softly, “I am poor, but I won’t lose hope. I’ll fight and win this battle for you.”
Apu looks worried and says gently, “Please donโt spend money on my treatment. It’s difficult. Iโll talk to Aniruddh too.”
Lalon reassures her, “Don’t worry about money. I’ll handle everything.”
She looks at him and asks nervously, “Can we stay together forever?”
Lalon smiles a little and replies softly, “Why don’t you trust me now, Apu?”
Apu hugs him tightly and whispers, “I’m scared, Lalon.”
Lalon comforts her, “Think only about good things. I promise everything will be fine.”
Apu gently wipes Lalonโs eyes and says, “Don’t cry, Lalon.”
Lalon holds her hand and admits quietly, “I feel sad. I can’t imagine my life without you.”
Apu finally agrees, “Okay, I’ll go to the hospital. But if doctors say they can’t help me, promise you’ll bring me back home.”
He quickly promises, “Yes, Iโll stay with you always, even in the hospital.”
Feeling sleepy, Apu asks softly, “Sing a song for me?”
Lalon gently starts singing, and soon Apu falls asleep peacefully beside him.
Scene 3: Mimi’s Bold Decision
At Bose’s house, Mrinalini notices Mimi sitting quietly and asks, “Mimi, why are you looking so sad?”
Mimi replies clearly, “I want to get a job.”
Mrinalini reminds her, “But you’re going to marry Anirban soon.”
Mimi firmly responds, “There’s no guarantee that I’ll marry him.”
Choton curiously asks Mimi, “Can you study like Rumi?”
Anjana wonders aloud, “Did you speak about this with Anirban?”
Mimi confidently says, “I want to be independent. Mrinalini, please help me find a good institute.”
Mrinalini smiles, “Education isn’t everything, Mimi. Being good is more important, and you’re already a good person. What do you want to study?”
Mimi announces boldly, “I want to become an IAS officer. Iโll study hard and wonโt give up.”
Anjana questions her, “But will Anirbanโs family agree to this?”
Mimi declares firmly, “I won’t marry until I pass my exam. Anirban must wait. If he can’t, Iโm fine with that.”
Mrinalini gently supports Mimi, saying, “If Anirban truly loves you, he won’t put any conditions.”
Mimi tells her clearly, “Anirban wonโt disobey his parents. I must get into a good institute. But I wonโt ask my family or Aniruddh for money.”
Anjana reminds Mimi, “Shubhankar and Tanuja still think your marriage with Anirban will happen.”
Mimi confidently says again, “That marriage wonโt happen.”
Suddenly remembering, Mrinalini asks Choton, “What about your exam results?”
Choton looks worried and replies, “I don’t think I’ll pass.”
Mrinalini gently encourages him, “Be confident, Choton. You studied well.”
Mimi smiles and assures Choton, “You will surely pass.”
Scene 4: Nutan Empowers Village Women
Next morning, Nutan gathers village ladies and begins teaching them new skills. Bua happily says, “This work is much easier than farm jobs.”
Nutan explains clearly, “You will earn more money this way. And you can take care of your children at home.”
Kanka feels unsure, but Nutan encourages her kindly, “Come on, Kanka, you can do this.”
Rani jokes about Kanka agreeing, and everyone laughs. Nutan patiently teaches Kanka the new work step by step.
Meanwhile, Parashar is beating Hemu again for what he did earlier. Sethji tries to stop him, saying, “Leave Hemu alone now, Parashar!”
Parashar firmly replies, “I saw what Hemu did. Sethji, don’t protect him.”
In another place, Arshi talks sadly to Aniruddh, “I know it’s all over between us, but I canโt handle this sadness anymore.”
Aniruddh calmly says, “You got everything you wanted, Arshi.”
She sadly answers, “But I didnโt get you.”
Aniruddh firmly tells her, “That’s impossible in this lifetime.”
At the village, Veer informs Kanka, “Parashar gave Hemu a big beating.”
Kanka asks quickly, “Why? What did Hemu do?”
Hearing this, Nutan gets worried and wonders what happened.
