Scene 1: Standing Up for Prachi
“Get out of this house!” Ketki shouts at Prachi, her words filling the room. “You can’t throw her out. That’s against the law,” Jhanak steps forward, speaking firmly. “Think about everything Prachi has done for this family. Just because she supports Priyashi choosing a different path doesn’t give you the right to throw her out.” “How dare you lecture me about the law!” Ketki snaps back at Jhanak. Watching this unfold, Mehek turns to Jhanak. “Don’t waste your breath. Ketki won’t understand. It hurts me every time she talks to you like this.” “A daughter becomes just a guest after marriage,” Sejal cuts in, looking at Mehek. “I may be married, but I’m still a daughter of this house. I know my rights,” Mehek responds, her voice steady. “If your family treats you like a guest, that’s their choice. But I won’t accept that here.”
Scene 2: The Marriage Debate
“Enough!” Ketki raises her voice. “Stop arguing. This is all Jhanak’s doing. She has manipulated everyone.” “I haven’t manipulated anyone,” Jhanak defends herself. “Why can’t you understand Priyashi’s dreams?” “Priyashi isn’t going anywhere,” Ketki declares. “She can do whatever she wants after marriage.” Priyashi joins the conversation. “I have a program one day before the marriage date. Please let me participate.” “Who goes out before marriage?” Ketki asks sharply. “The marriage will get canceled if you leave then.” “I don’t want to get married,” Priyashi says clearly. “I want to study.” Ketki turns to Prachi. “Make her understand.” “Priyashi is going down the wrong path,” Sejal adds. “And I want Riddhi to stay away from Jhanak.” “Riddhi comes to me because she wants to,” Jhanak responds simply.
Scene 3: Arshi and Aniruddh
In another part of the house, Arshi speaks about Jhanak. “Aniruddh said Jhanak is safe. That’s enough for me.” “Did you pack everything?” Aniruddh asks Arshi. Arshi nods in response.
“Will you miss me when I leave?” Jhanak asks Ahaan softly. “I love you so much. Time to sleep now.” Vihaan stands in the doorway, listening. After Ahaan falls asleep, Jhanak tucks him into bed. Vihaan steps into the room. “Pulkit took a stand for Priyashi,” Vihaan says. “I want the marriage to happen without problems.” “Are you saying I bring problems?” Jhanak asks. “Don’t get involved with Priyashi’s inter-school competition,” he tells her. “And Aniruddh and Arshi are coming.”
Scene 4: Truth and Trust
“I don’t know your past,” Vihaan continues. “You can leave whenever you want, but I’d like to be your friend.” “You should tell your family the truth one day,” Jhanak responds. “You need to start your life.” “Are you suggesting I get married?” he asks. “I know you’re single.” “You don’t know anything about me.” “Are you married?” he asks directly. “I won’t talk about it,” Jhanak says firmly. “I’ll wait until you’re ready to share your past,” Vihaan tells her. “But why aren’t you reacting to news about Aniruddh and Arshi coming? Aniruddh said he saw you in Kolkata.” “He must be lying,” Jhanak replies. Vihaan looks at her, doubting her words.
