Infinix Launches Note 50X 5G in India

Infinix has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Note 50X 5G, in India, marking a significant addition to its Note series. This new device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset and offers up to 8GB of RAM. With a vibrant 6.67-inch display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and a robust 5,500mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging, the Note 50X 5G aims to deliver a powerful user experience. It arrives as a successor to the Infinix Note 40X 5G, which debuted in August 2022.

Infinix Note 50X 5G Price in India

The Infinix Note 50X 5G is priced competitively, starting at Rs. 11,499 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM model with the same storage capacity is available for Rs. 12,999. Customers can choose from three attractive color options: Enchanted Purple, Sea Breeze Green, and Titanium Grey. Notably, the Sea Breeze Green variant features a stylish vegan leather finish, while the other two options sport a sleek metallic finish.

To enhance affordability, buyers can benefit from an instant bank discount of Rs. 1,000 or an exchange bonus when purchasing the device. With these offers, the base model can be acquired for as low as Rs. 10,499. The smartphone will be available for purchase on Flipkart starting April 3. For context, the previous model, the Infinix Note 40X 5G, was launched at a price of Rs. 14,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.

The Infinix Note 50X 5G features a dual SIM (Nano) setup and operates on XOS 15, which is based on Android 15. The device boasts a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring an immersive viewing experience. It is powered by the octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset, making it one of the first smartphones to utilize this advanced SoC. Users can opt for configurations with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, with the option to virtually expand memory using MemFusion Technology.

In terms of photography, the Note 50X 5G is equipped with a dual-camera system on the rear, featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor capable of recording 4K videos. An 8-megapixel front camera is available for selfies and video calls. The rear camera setup includes over 12 photography modes and a unique ‘gem-cut’ design with Active Halo Lighting for notifications and calls.

Additionally, the device includes DTS-powered dual speakers and is certified for military-grade durability (MIL-STD-810H). It also has an IP64 rating for water and dust resistance. The smartphone incorporates several AI features, such as On-Screen Awareness and an AI assistant named Folax, enhancing user interaction. The 5,500mAh battery supports 45W wired fast charging, along with 10W wired reverse charging and bypass charging capabilities.
