The Telecommunication Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) released a Consultation Paper on “Encouraging Innovative Technologies, Services, Use Cases and Business Models Through the Regulatory Sandbox in the Digital Communications Industry” on 19 June 2023 The deadline for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the stakeholder consultation paper has been set for 17 July 2023 and for counter-comments 1 August 2023.
Taking into account the requests from the stakeholders for extensions of the deadlines for the submission of observations, it was decided to extend the deadline for the submission of written observations and counter-observations to July 31, 2023 and August 16, 2023, respectively.
