Extension of last date to receive comments & counter comments on TRAI consultation paper on “Review of Regulatory Framework for Broadcasting and Cable services”

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) released a consultation paper on ‘Review of Regulatory Framework for Broadcasting and Cable Services’ on 8^th August 2023. The last date for receiving stakeholder comments on the issues raised in the consultation document has been set at 05^th September 2023 and counter comments as 19^th September 2023.

Taking into account the requests received from interested parties for an extension of the deadline for the submission of comments on the aforementioned consultation document, it was decided to extend the deadline for the submission of comments and counter-comments until 19^th September 2023 and 3^rd October 2023 respectively.

Comments and counter-comments may be sent, preferably in electronic format, to your email ID [email protected] AND [email protected].
