The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, in partnership with the Development and Welfare Board for De-notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNC), is making significant strides with its Scheme for Economic Empowerment of DNTs (SEED). In the financial year 2025-26, the SEED Scheme reached out to over 1.10 lakh beneficiaries through various components, such as education, healthcare, and livelihood support. A substantial financial investment of Rs. 53.06 Crores has been allocated to ensure the effective implementation of these initiatives.
