Design the Future: Logo Competition for Viksit Bharat Act 2025
The Union Ministry of Rural Development has announced an exciting logo design competition on the MyGov portal for the upcoming ‘Viksit Bharat—Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) Act: VB-G RAM G (Viksit Bharat – G-RAM-G) Act, 2025’. This initiative invites citizens across the nation to contribute their creative ideas towards a logo that encapsulates themes of inclusive development, employment generation, and rural progress.
This competition not only offers a platform for artistic expression but also aims to select an emblem that will represent the values and objectives of the VB-G RAM G Act. The chosen logo will serve as the official branding for the Act, utilized in various publicity and promotional campaigns in the future.
Exciting Prizes and Participation Guidelines
A cash prize of ₹50,000 will reward the talented individual whose logo is selected. It’s important to note that all intellectual property rights for the winning logo will be retained by the Ministry of Rural Development, which will reserve the right to use, adapt, or modify the logo for official use.
Individuals interested in participating have until March 20, 2026, to submit their entries. Late submissions or entries that do not adhere to the specified guidelines will not be considered. A committee appointed by the Ministry will assess the entries based on originality, creativity, adherence to the thematic elements, visual appeal, and practical usability.
How to Enter the Competition
To participate, individuals must register on the MyGov portal and submit their logo designs online. Each participant is limited to one entry, so it’s crucial to ensure that their profile contains accurate details such as name, email address, and mobile number, as incomplete profiles will be disqualified.
Participants are encouraged to create a logo that is not only simple and impactful but also versatile enough for various platforms, including print and digital media. All designs must be original and unpublished, ensuring compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws.
Submissions should be high-quality digital formats like JPEG, PNG, or PDF, with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Along with their logo, participants must provide a brief description (50-100 words) explaining the concept and artistic reasoning behind their design.
