Addressing a gathering in New Delhi, Union Minister for Tribal Affairs, Shri Jual Oram, reaffirmed the government’s dedication to the development of tribal communities across India. Shri Oram highlighted the ministry’s achievements in the education sector, noting the establishment of over 700 Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) with a budget allocation of ₹25,000 crore.
