Caleb Friesen, who resides in Aizawl, shared a side-by-side clip of traffic noise during rush hour in Bengaluru and Aizawl. In his video, Friesen begins by showcasing the cacophony of Bengaluru’s traffic at 7:00 PM. “Indians deserve better from each other. Just listen to this,” he remarks, as the sounds of honking and revving engines fill the air. Moments later, he transitions to Aizawl, where the scene is remarkably different. “This is actually where I live, by the way. Notice how there’s no honking,” he explains, emphasizing the city’s no-honking policy enforced by local authorities.

Friesen points out that despite Aizawl’s narrow and steep roads, drivers adhere to traffic rules without complaint. “A lot of people don’t realize that most of the roads here are just one lane wide. But still, people wait their turn,” he notes.
