Scene 1: Neelam’s Firm Stand

Lakshmi starts a serious talk with Neelam, asking, “Would you allow Ayush and Shalu’s marriage if Shalu agrees to marry Ayush?” Neelam answers with a firm “No.” This makes Lakshmi remember what Shalu had told her earlier about being scared that Neelam would never let her marry Ayush. Lakshmi tells Neelam, “Shalu’s fear is right.” Neelam agrees and says, “If this is Shalu’s fear, then yes, it’s true.”

Scene 2: The Confrontation

Lakshmi pushes further, asking Neelam why she won’t let Ayush and Shalu be together. She tells Neelam, “I know how hard it is to find true love.” This makes Neelam angry, and she tells Lakshmi, “I hate you.” She then attacks Lakshmi with words, saying, “You left our home when we needed you the most, and you came back to Rishi’s life when we had lost all hope.” Neelam demands, “Why do you keep coming back to Rishi’s life?” Lakshmi stands her ground and replies, “I am here because Rishi wants me in his life. You know how much Rishi loves me.”

I know when Rishi is telling the truth and when he is not. Rishi loves me, and that is the truth.” She then gets ready to leave.

Just as Lakshmi is about to go, Neelam stops her. She asks, “Do you really want me to accept Ayush and Shalu’s marriage?” Then she makes her offer: “I will agree to the marriage, but on one condition. You must break all ties with Rishi. Only then will I allow Ayush and Shalu to get married.” After saying this, Neelam, Karishma, and Kiran walk away.

Scene 5: Medical Crisis

In another part of the hospital, Aanchal talks to Rishi, asking, “Is what I heard true? How could the doctors make such a mistake?” Rishi explains that there were problems during surgery, making Ayush’s condition very serious. Karishma and Neelam hear this and start to worry a lot. When Karishma sees the doctor, she demands to know how they made a mistake in surgery. The doctor explains, “There was no mistake. The knife was stabbed too deep, causing internal bleeding.” He asks Karishma for permission to continue treatment to save Ayush’s life.

Scene 6: Hospital Drama

Karishma remembers how Ayush got stabbed while protecting Shalu. She tells everyone, “This is all Shalu’s fault.” When Rishi tries to help, both Neelam and Aanchal side with Karishma and blame Shalu. Shalu accepts responsibility, saying, “It was my mistake,” and says sorry to Karishma. A nurse comes to tell them that Ayush is awake and wants to see Shalu. Karishma says no at first, but Neelam finally gives permission. The doctor encourages Shalu to go in, saying seeing her will help Ayush feel better. While all this happens, Lakshmi stands quietly, thinking about what Neelam told her earlier.
