Scene 1: Karishma Confronts Lakshmi
The episode opens with Malishka inviting Rishi to sit beside her, showcasing her possessive behavior. Meanwhile, Karishma takes Lakshmi aside, visibly irritated. “Why are you always lingering around Rishi?” Karishma asks pointedly, her frustration evident. Lakshmi, confused, responds, “What do you mean by that?” Karishma accuses Lakshmi of being overly close to Rishi, even bringing up an incident from the previous night. “You didn’t leave him alone for a second. Even when he tried to move your hand, you wouldn’t let go,” Karishma snaps. She demands that Lakshmi stay away from Rishi for a few days, blaming her for Malishka’s deteriorating health. Lakshmi, hurt by Karishma’s tone, tries to defend herself, but Karishma cuts her off. “Malishka saw you with Rishi, and that’s why she’s unwell. One of the guests brought it, and she’s been sick ever since,” Kiran says. Karishma sighs in relief, realizing it’s not as serious as she thought. Kiran comforts Malishka, hugging her and whispering, “Don’t worry. I sent the doctor away. Everything is under control.” Malishka nods, visibly reassured by her mother’s support.
Scene 3: Kiran’s Wedding Anniversary Plans
Kiran invites the Oberoi family to her home for her wedding anniversary celebration the next day. Neelam and Karishma congratulate her warmly, promising to attend the event. Ayush informs Rishi about the invitation, and Rishi congratulates Kiran as well. Malishka confesses her desire to terminate her pregnancy but is met with resistance from Kiran. “We can’t do that without the father’s consent,” Kiran explains. She proposes an alternative: “We’ll tell everyone the baby is Rishi’s. Tomorrow’s party is the perfect setup.
