Scene 1
Rishi stood firmly near Lakshmi’s hospital bed, his voice cold as he glared at Malishka. “I’m staying with Lakshmi. You need to leave.” Malishka clenched her fists but forced a smile. “Fine. But this isn’t over,” she muttered before walking away. Outside, Kiran wobbled down the hallway, gripping the wall for support. “Everything I do… it’s all for my daughter,” she whispered to herself. Spotting Malishka, she hurried over. “We stole the drive together. Don’t forget that,” Kiran reminded her sharply. Malishka’s face turned pale. “What’s wrong?” Kiran asked. “Lakshmi… she’s pregnant,” Malishka blurted out. Kiran’s eyes narrowed. “Guru Maa already hinted at this. Why are you shocked?” Malishka shook her head. “Why hide the pregnancy? How is the baby alive? We need proof!” Kiran paused, then smirked. “My friend’s daughter, Dr. Jyoti, works here. She can check.” Meanwhile, Rishi held Lakshmi’s hand, his voice trembling. “I’m sorry for hurting you. I’ll spend my life making you happy now.” Shalu and Ayush watched from the doorway. “He loves her so much,” Shalu said softly. Ayush nodded. “I wish I could love someone like that… without any selfishness.”
Scene 2
Kiran dragged Malishka to Dr. Jyoti’s office. “Check if Lakshmi’s baby is alive,” Kiran demanded. Jyoti frowned. “I can’t interfere without permission—” Kiran cut her off. “Do this for me, or I’ll tell everyone about your mother’s debts!” Jyoti hesitated but finally agreed. “Keep Lakshmi’s family away during the checkup,” Kiran ordered. Malishka grinned. “Leave that to me.” In another room, Shalu burst into tears. Ayush hugged her gently. “It’ll be okay. Lakshmi’s strong,” he reassured her. Nearby, Neelam marched up to Rishi. “Stay away from Lakshmi!” she snapped. Rishi crossed his arms. “Her family allowed me here. I’m not leaving.” He walked back into Lakshmi’s room, ignoring Neelam’s glare. At the Oberoi house, Rano yelled into her phone. “The Oberois are liars! They ruined my life!” Aanchal stormed in. “How dare you insult our family?” Dadi entered, leaning on her cane. “Why are you fighting?” she asked sternly. Rano scoffed and walked away.
Scene 3
Back at the hospital, Malishka screamed, “Kiran’s had a heart attack! Help!” The family rushed to Kiran’s room. With the hallway empty, Malishka sneaked Jyoti into Lakshmi’s room. Jyoti checked Lakshmi’s pulse and did a quick ultrasound. “She’s pregnant… and the baby’s alive,” Jyoti confirmed. Malishka’s jaw dropped. The Oberois returned to Kiran’s room, confused to see her unharmed. “Why did Malishka lie?” Rishi demanded. Kiran shrugged. “Maybe she overreacted. I’m fine.” Just then, Lakshmi’s doctor entered, glaring at Jyoti. “Why are you examining my patient?” Jyoti froze. Malishka jumped in. “Jyoti treated Lakshmi first! She’s just helping!” The doctor shook her head. “I’ll inform Mr. Rishi about the pregnancy.” Panic flashed across Malishka’s face. How do I stop her? she thought frantically. Meanwhile, Aanchal complained to Neelam about Rano’s outburst. Neelam confronted Rano. “Stay in your limits, or face consequences!” Rano rolled her eyes but stayed silent. As the episode ended, Malishka chased after Lakshmi’s doctor, desperate to block the truth from reaching Rishi.
