Welcome to Bhagya Lakshmi Written Update 10th April 2025. In this written update, we follow the ongoing story of our favourite characters as they face new challenges, share emotional moments, and continue their journey. In Today’s Episode, Lakshmi and Shalu hatch a plan to prove Malishka’s baby does not belong to Rishi. Disguised as Sardar men, they sedate Balwinder and bring him to the hospital. After a tense near-crash with Rishi, they finally collect the blood samples they need to uncover Malishka’s secret….. Now Let’s read out the latest drama, relationships, and unexpected events that happened through our scene-wise Bhagya Lakshmi Written Update.
Scene 1: A Bold Idea in the Hospital
Lakshmi stands beside Shalu in a hospital corridor. She looks serious and says, “We can find out the truth by doing a special test. If we prove Malishka’s baby is not Rishi’s, then everyone will see what she is hiding.” Shalu nods but asks, “How do we make Balwinder join the test? He might not agree.” Before Lakshmi can answer, a nurse calls them into the ward. They follow her and see Malishka lying unconscious on a bed. Shalu speaks in a low voice, “Poor Malishka looks so peaceful. But we need to find out who the baby’s father is.” Lakshmi stands closer to Malishka. She checks Malishka’s hand but does not see much movement. Then Shalu remembers, “Ayush gave me a bag filled with funny things like a fake moustache, a turban, and other props. We can pretend to be different people and bring Balwinder to the hospital. That way, we can do the test without him running away.” Meanwhile, in another part of the city, Balwinder is in his small room with a friend. The friend suggests, “You should bring the baby and her mother to stay with you. That will make everyone see you as a proper family.” Balwinder shakes his head. He sounds angry. “I do not want anyone telling me how to live. Go away if you want to talk nonsense.” The friend backs off, sensing Balwinder’s mood is bad.
Back at the hospital, Shalu leans toward Lakshmi and whispers, “Let’s leave now. We have to get Balwinder before he disappears again.” Lakshmi agrees. They take one last look at Malishka, who is still out cold, and walk out of the ward. As they head to the exit, they pass by a nurse’s station. Lakshmi quietly wonders, “What if Malishka wakes up? Maybe she will see us here.” Shalu pats her shoulder. “Do not worry. The nurse said Malishka will not wake up soon. We have time to bring Balwinder.” With that plan in mind, they exit the hospital doors. Shalu starts looking at the bag of props, and Lakshmi says, “We have to be very careful. Balwinder is not a good person, and he might suspect something.” Shalu nods, and the two step into the street, ready to disguise themselves and confront Balwinder.
Scene 2: Disguises and a Risky Sedation
Lakshmi and Shalu stand outside Balwinder’s house, dressed as tall Sardar men. They wear fake beards, large turbans, and loose clothes. Shalu softly mutters, “We look strange, but let’s hope he believes us.” Lakshmi taps on the door. Balwinder opens it, looking annoyed. “Who are you?” he asks. Trying to deepen her voice, Lakshmi answers, “We are Enforcement Officers. We heard a man named Balwinder lives here, someone with a bad past.” Balwinder steps forward and says, “Yes, that is my name, but I am not a criminal anymore. Who told you these things?” He eyes them with suspicion. Shalu pretends to write in a small notepad. She claims, “There have been reports about fraud. We must take you in for questioning.” Balwinder shakes his head and raises his voice, “You have no right to do that. I did some bad things before, but now I keep to myself.”
Lakshmi stands firm. “Come with us, or we will use force.” Balwinder crosses his arms. “You cannot take me anywhere without proof.” Shalu looks at Lakshmi, and they share a quick nod. Suddenly, Shalu pulls out a small syringe. With one swift move, she injects a sedative into Balwinder’s arm. Balwinder stumbles, tries to speak, and then collapses. Lakshmi and Shalu grab his arms and drag him toward the door. At that moment, Rano appears from the side with another man who often hangs out with Balwinder. Rano looks shocked. She yells, “Who are you people, and why are you touching Balwinder?” Lakshmi, trying to sound calm, says, “We are officials doing our job. Step aside.” The man with Rano shouts, “How dare you take him? This is not right!” Rano and the man start arguing, each blaming the other for letting strangers in. They get so busy with their heated words that they do not see Lakshmi and Shalu slip away. Lakshmi and Shalu hurry outside with Balwinder’s limp body. They place him in the back of their car. Shalu slides into the driver’s seat, and Lakshmi checks Balwinder’s pulse to ensure the sedative is working. Then they drive off quickly, leaving Rano and the man standing on the doorstep, still caught in their argument.
Scene 3: A Close Call with Rishi
As Shalu navigates the streets, her face tenses. “What if Balwinder wakes up too soon?” she asks Lakshmi in a hushed tone. Lakshmi keeps an eye on the back seat and says, “He will be out for a while. The nurse told me this sedative takes time to wear off. We just need to reach the hospital before he stirs.” They continue driving, passing by many cars. Suddenly, Shalu swerves to avoid a pothole and almost collides with a nearby vehicle. She slams on the brakes just in time. Their car stops inches away from the other car, and they both gasp. A young man in the other car steps out. It is Rishi, though neither Lakshmi nor Shalu wants him to recognize them. He looks upset and says, “You almost crashed into my car. Are you both okay? That was dangerous!” Lakshmi tries to speak in her fake deep voice, “We are fine, sorry for the trouble.”
As Lakshmi tries to step out, her foot slips on a small patch of water on the road. Rishi quickly reaches out and catches her arm, keeping her from falling. For a brief moment, he stares at her. Something feels familiar, but he cannot place it. Lakshmi looks away, hiding her face under the turban. Rishi lets go and says, “Please be more careful. You could hurt someone or yourself.” He then returns to his car and drives off. Lakshmi and Shalu breathe sighs of relief. Shalu whispers, “He almost recognized you.” Lakshmi nods. “Thank goodness he did not. That was close.” Meanwhile, at home, Karishma notices Neelam limping. She gently says, “We should see a doctor. Your leg has not healed.” Neelam tries to wave it off but ends up stumbling. Worried, Karishma calls Rishi and tells him to come home immediately so they can head to the hospital.
Scene 4: Uncovering the Truth
Lakshmi and Shalu reach the hospital at last. They step out of the car and look around carefully, still wearing their Sardar disguises. Balwinder remains asleep in the back seat. Lakshmi whispers, “We should get a wheelchair so we can bring him inside without causing a scene.” Once they manage to wheel him in, they spot the head nurse they know. Lakshmi explains in a soft voice, “We need a private test to see who the baby’s father really is. We believe Malishka is not telling the truth.” The nurse looks surprised. “We do not usually do these tests without proper paperwork,” she says. But Lakshmi pleads, “This is for our family. Please help us. We will do all the necessary forms. We just need to be sure.” The nurse looks at Balwinder, who is still slumped in the wheelchair, and says, “All right, but keep it quiet. I will handle the paperwork as quickly as I can.” At that same moment, Rishi and Karishma arrive with Neelam. Lakshmi notices them from afar. She motions to Shalu, and they quickly move behind a nearby pillar.
Rishi helps Neelam sit on a bench while the doctor comes over. The doctor instructs them, “You should buy these medicines first. Then we will do some tests to check her leg.” Karishma nods and leads Neelam to the pharmacy desk, giving Lakshmi and Shalu a chance to slip into Malishka’s room. Inside, Malishka is still asleep. The nurse quietly shows Lakshmi how to take a blood sample. Lakshmi carefully fills a small tube, then hands it to the nurse. “Now we have Balwinder’s sample, and we have Malishka’s blood. We can do the test,” says the nurse. Lakshmi looks at Malishka and speaks softly. “I will show everyone what you are hiding. You have been lying for too long.” Malishka remains silent, unaware of the plan unfolding. Shalu stands by the door, keeping watch. The nurse heads off to the lab with both samples, ready to start the test. Lakshmi and Shalu exchange a determined glance, hoping the results will reveal the truth and put an end to Malishka’s claims once and for all.
