Welcome to Anupama Written Update 8th March 2025. In this written update, we follow the ongoing story of our favourite characters as they face new challenges, share emotional moments, and continue their journey. In Today’s Episode, excitement and emotions surrounding Rahi and Prem’s wedding. While Prem eagerly waits to see Rahi, Anupama helps Rahi after she falls. The shagun ritual brings humor and joy, but tensions rise as Gautam misbehaves with Prathana. Scene 1: Prem and Rahi’s Pre-Wedding Anticipation
The episode begins with Anupama being shocked to see Rahi. Prem grows impatient. “Why is Rahi taking so much time?” he wonders aloud. Anil teases him. “Since Rahi is the bride, she’s bound to take her time,” he says with a smile. Pari notices Prem’s reaction. “Look at him blushing more than Rahi!” she jokes. Ishani adds humor. “Rahi is the bride now. Prem will need an OTP just to see her,” she says, making everyone laugh. Prem gets excited. “I can face anything for Rahi,” he declares. He asks eagerly, “What do I have to do?” Mahi calms him down. “Wait a little longer,” she says. Khyati starts worrying. “Is Rahi okay? Why is she taking so long?” she asks. Ansh decides to check on Rahi. “I’ll go see what’s happening,” he says. Pari predicts, “Prem will cry when he sees Rahi.” Baa questions this. “Why would Prem cry?” she asks. Leela explains, “These days, equality means even grooms get emotional.” Pari adds, “Modern grooms often tear up when they see their brides.”
Scene 2: Rahi’s Fall and the Shagun Ritual
Anupama worries about Rahi. Suddenly, Rahi tells her, “I fell. Can you help me?” Anupama asks, “Are you okay?” Rahi reassures her. “I’m fine,” she says. Anupama then takes Rahi to Prem. Ansh, Mahi, Rahi, and Ishani gather around Prem. They demand shagun from him before revealing Rahi’s face. Parag steps in. “I’ll give one lakh rupees to each of them,” he says generously. Ansh clarifies, “We were just joking. We’ll take only what’s necessary,” he says. When Prem and Rahi finally see each other, they are smitten. They recall their past memories together. Ansh becomes emotional seeing Rahi. Prathana helps Ansh and comments, “Prem was emotional at my wedding too.” Gautam notices Prathana and Ansh together and gets angry. Meanwhile, Ishani, Pari, Mahi, Radha, and Ansh plan to steal Prem’s shoe. The Kotharis vow to protect it. Despite their efforts, someone manages to take the shoe. Prathana offers help to Jhanki, but Jhanki refuses. “We can’t accept your help,” she says firmly. Still, Prathana helps Ansh, which angers Gautam further.
Scene 3: The Ritual and Gautam’s Misbehavior
The priest asks Rahi’s parents to perform the ritual. Anupama wants to do it herself but feels helpless. Baa suggests, “Hasmuk and Leela should perform the ritual instead.” Rahi interrupts. “No, Anupama has taken full responsibility for Anuj. She has the right to perform the ritual,” she says firmly. Anupama tells Rahi to remain quiet, but Rahi insists. Baa feels offended, but Prem supports Rahi. Eventually, everyone agrees that Anupama should perform the ritual. Meanwhile, Ansh helps Prathana clean her dress, which infuriates Gautam. Anupama asks Jhanki to serve food as the guests are waiting, but Jhanki tells her to focus on the ritual. Elsewhere, Gautam confronts Prathana. “Why are you trying to attract Ansh?” he accuses her. Furious, Prathana lashes out at Gautam. Gautam tortures her by shouting and manhandling her. Ansh witnesses this and intervenes. Gautam taunts Prathana. “Your lover has returned,” he says sarcastically. Leela hides Prem’s shoe, feeling happy that Rahi will win. Ansh fights with Gautam after being falsely accused. Anupama steps in and learns that Gautam was abusing Prathana.
