Scene 1: A Mother’s Worry Turns Into Action

Anupama stood in the living room, her mind filled with thoughts about Devika. She remembered how her friend had always dreamed of visiting Kerala and walking along its beautiful beaches. The thought made her heart heavy.

“What’s wrong?” Kinjal asked, noticing Anupama’s quiet mood.

Anupama turned to Kinjal. “I keep thinking about Devika. You know what makes me sad? People go through their whole lives without understanding how short time really is. When they finally understand, the clock has already run out.”

“What are you thinking?” Kinjal asked gently.

“Devika has a bucket list. Things she wants to do. I want to help her complete every single item on that list,” Anupama said with determination in her voice.

Kinjal nodded. “That’s a wonderful idea. I’m with you.”

In another corner of the house, Leela and Devika were playing with a helium balloon. They breathed in the helium and spoke in funny, squeaky voices, laughing like children. Hasmuk watched them and chuckled. “This new voice actually suits you both!” he joked.

Just then, Kinjal called everyone together. “Anupama has something important to tell everyone.”

Anupama stood up and addressed the family. “I want to share something about Devika’s bucket list. She dreams of traveling all across India and wants to see every corner of our beautiful country, and I want to make sure she gets to do that.” She looked at Bharti, Preet, and Sarita. “Will you all come with us? We can make this journey together.”

“Can I come too?” Kinjal asked eagerly.

“Of course!” Anupama smiled.

Devika clapped her hands. “Yes! The bigger our group, the more fun we’ll have!”

Sarita stepped forward. “We’ll be there with Devika every step of the way. We can go and come back together.”

Leela, who had been listening quietly, suddenly spoke up. “I want to come too. Can I join you, Anupama?”

“Absolutely,” Anupama replied warmly. “You know, we women spend our whole lives taking care of homes and families. We cook, we clean, we manage everything. But how often do we get to just travel and enjoy ourselves? This trip is for all of us.”

Devika’s eyes sparkled. “We’re going to have so much fun, just like we did on our last trip!”

“This will be a girls’ trip!” Anupama announced with excitement. “Just us women, exploring and enjoying life together.”

Scene 2: Planning and Persuading

Leela raised an important point. “But Navratri is coming soon. The festival is almost here.”

Anupama had already thought about this. “We’ll pray first, celebrate the beginning of Navratri properly, and then leave for our trip. God will understand that we’re doing this for a good reason.”

Sarita had an idea. “Why don’t we start by exploring Konkan? It’s beautiful there, and not too far.”

“That’s perfect!” everyone agreed.

Prarthana, who had been listening, sighed. “I wish I could come, but I can’t. I also wish Mahi, Pari, and Rahi could go with you all.”

Meanwhile, at the Kothari house, Vasundhara was busy making her own plans for Navratri. She was organizing decorations and thinking about the celebrations.

Rahi noticed Vasundhara working hard and said, “Don’t stress yourself. I’ll take care of all the arrangements for the festival.”

Devika, who was visiting, had a different idea. “Rahi, let Vasundhara and Khyati do the work. They need to do good deeds anyway, considering all their past mistakes.”

Vasundhara didn’t like that comment. “What did you say?” She and Devika exchanged sharp words, each giving as good as they got.

Rahi stepped between them, trying to calm Devika down. “Please don’t argue. This isn’t good for anyone.”

During this conversation, the Kothari family learned something important – Devika was battling cancer. The news hit everyone hard.

Prem spoke up first. “Devika is strong. She’ll fight this disease and win.”

Parag nodded in agreement. “She’s a fighter. We all know that.”

Devika, not wanting to dwell on sad topics, turned to Rahi. “You have to come on this road trip with us. Promise me you’ll come.”

Vasundhara immediately objected. “No. Rahi isn’t going anywhere. She doesn’t even talk to Anupama properly. Why should she go on a trip with her? Besides, Navratri is coming. Rahi needs to stay here and help with the festival preparations.”

But Devika wouldn’t give up. “Please, Rahi. This trip means everything to me. I want you there with us.” She kept requesting, her eyes hopeful.

Scene 3: The Group Grows Bigger

Back at Anupama’s house, Paritosh tried to have a conversation with Kinjal. He wanted to talk about their relationship, but Kinjal wasn’t interested.

“Don’t even think about it,” Kinjal said coldly. “And don’t you dare call yourself my husband. We’re done with that.”

Paritosh walked away, dejected.

Leela, still thinking about the trip, voiced her concerns. “I’m scared something bad might happen on this journey. What if something goes wrong?”

Anupama looked at her calmly. “If something is meant to happen, it will happen whether we’re at home or traveling. We can’t live our lives in fear. We have to trust and move forward.”

Just then, Prarthana spoke up. “Actually, I’ve changed my mind. I want to come on the trip too.”

“Me too!” Pakhi added. “I don’t want to miss this.”

“Everyone is welcome,” Anupama said happily. “This trip is about togetherness and creating memories.”

Ansh, always the practical one, pulled out his phone. “I’ll book a bus for everyone. This is getting exciting!”

“We’ll need a 9-seater vehicle,” Anupama calculated, counting everyone who had confirmed.

But Devika shook her head. “No, book a 12-seater. Trust me, we’ll need the extra space.”

Anupama looked confused. “Why would we need a bigger bus?”

Just then, the doorbell rang. When Anupama opened the door, she got her answer. Standing there were Rahi, Mahi, and Pari, all carrying small bags.

“We’re coming too!” they announced together.

Anupama’s mouth fell open in surprise. She hadn’t expected this, especially seeing Rahi there. The girl who barely spoke to her was now standing at her door, ready to join the trip.

Scene 4: Final Preparations and New Surprises

The house buzzed with excitement as everyone started discussing the trip details. Maps were spread on tables, snacks were being planned, and everyone had suggestions about places to visit.

At the Kothari house, Khyati and Meeta had been having their own discussion. After hearing about the trip, they made a decision.

“We should go too,” Khyati said to Meeta.

“Yes, let’s join them. It’ll be good for everyone,” Meeta agreed.

They packed their bags and headed to Anupama’s house. “We’re coming on the trip!” they announced when they arrived.

The group was getting bigger by the minute. Anupama looked at all the women gathered in her living room – young and old, friends and family, some who got along and some who didn’t. This trip was bringing everyone together in an unexpected way.

Before finalizing everything, Anupama went to her prayer room. She lit a lamp and folded her hands. “God, please watch over us. Keep everyone safe on this journey. Let this trip bring happiness to Devika and peace to everyone’s hearts. Guide us and protect us wherever we go.”

The next morning, everyone gathered with their luggage. The bus arrived, and they started loading their bags. Everyone was chatting excitedly about the adventure ahead.

But just as they reached the outskirts of the city, the bus suddenly stopped. The driver tried to restart it, but the engine wouldn’t turn on.

“What happened?” Anupama asked the driver.

“The bus is stuck. Something’s wrong with the engine,” the driver replied, looking worried.

Everyone looked at each other. Their trip had barely started, and already they faced their first challenge. But looking at Devika’s determined face, Anupama knew they would find a way to continue. This trip was too important to let anything stop them.
