Amitabh Bachchan acquired the land in question over a decade ago for Rs. 7 crores from Virambhai Rudabhai Gamara, located in Shahpur village, near GIFT City. The transaction was facilitated by Rajesh Rishikesh Yadav, who acted as Amitabh’s power-of-attorney holder. Recent estimates suggest that the land’s value has skyrocketed to Rs. 210 crores, marking an impressive increase of Rs. 203 crores since the initial purchase. The upcoming project will be managed by Lotus Developers, who will oversee the design, planning, and construction phases. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lotus Developers, under a profit-sharing agreement with Abhishek Bachchan.
