The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) (DEPwD), in collaboration with the National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC), is gearing up to host the 24th Divya Kala Mela. This vibrant event will take place at Gulshan Ground in Jammu from February 14 to February 24, 2025. The inauguration will be led by Dr. Virendra Kumar, the Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, along with other distinguished guests.
