Scene 1: Anupama Guides Rahi Through Prayer Rituals
Anupama gently placed a scarf over Rahi’s head. “Today is your first prayer at the Kothari house,” she said. “Cover your head as a sign of respect.” Rahi nodded. Parag, Khyati, and Baa watched silently. Prem entered and called Anupama to lead the prayer. Everyone froze. Prem smiled. “You’re like God to me,” he told Anupama. “Please perform the smoke ritual for the house.” Parag stepped forward. “Only family members do the smoke ritual,” he said firmly. Prem refused to listen. “Anupama is family,” he insisted. Anupama shook her head. “Parag is right. This is for you to do, Prem.” Reluctantly, Prem took the incense pot and circled the rooms. The Kotharis exchanged uneasy glances but stayed quiet.

At the Kothari mansion, the Shah family stared at glass cases filled with diamond necklaces and earrings. Pakhi nudged Paritosh. “Do you know how much these cost?” she whispered. Leela frowned. “Enough to buy five houses!” Paritosh guessed. Pakhi turned to Ishani. “Befriend Raja,” she ordered. Ishani wrinkled her nose. “He’s boring. Mahi talks to him more.” Pakhi grabbed Ishani’s arm. “Focus on Raja! Mahi can’t marry him first.” Ishani sighed but agreed. Meanwhile, Raja chatted with Mahi in the garden, unaware of the plan.

After the prayer, Rahi giggled at Prem. “You looked cute with the incense pot,” she said. “I wanted to kiss you!” Prem blushed. “Not here,” he whispered, glancing at his family. Rahi pretended to pout. Prem knelt before a statue of Shri Nath Ji. “Forgive me for staying away,” he prayed. Anupama watched quietly. Nearby, Kothari staff prepared lunch tables. A worker approached Baa. “Nirmala is here to see you,” he said. Baa’s face hardened. “Send her away.”

Neeta leaned closer to Baa. “Nirmala came last week too,” she reminded her. Baa crossed her arms. “I won’t meet her. She filed for divorce!” Parag chuckled. “Divorce is common now, even for people our age.” Paritosh smirked. “Anupama divorced twice!” Anupama shot him a warning look. “Enough, Paritosh!” Leela hissed, “Remember what Hasmuk said?” Paritosh shrugged. Anupama apologized to Baa and Parag. “He didn’t mean it,” she said. Baa ignored her and walked toward the dining area.

The Shahs gaped at the lavish lunch spread. “Baa cooked all this alone?” Pakhi asked. Baa nodded. “For special days, I handle everything myself.” Pakhi smirked at Rahi. “You’ll cook like this after marriage, right?” Baa added, “Modern girls focus on careers, not kitchens.” Rahi set her plate down. “I’ll cook if I want to. Not because someone orders me.” The room fell silent. Anupama hid a smile while Baa glared at Rahi.
Scene 6: Anupama Refuses Gifts, Rahi Rejects Marriage
After lunch, Parag handed Anupama a jewelry box. “A gift for guiding Rahi,” he said. Anupama pushed it back. “I can’t accept this.” Baa insisted, “Take it! You’re part of Prem’s life now.” Baa then announced, “We’ll finalize Prem and Rahi’s wedding date soon.” Rahi stood up. “No! I’m not getting married yet.” Parag and Baa stared in shock. Prem fidgeted nervously. Anupama stepped between them, but Rahi stormed out.
