Scene 1: Shubhankar Opens with Claims About Srishti and Urvashi
The episode begins in the courtroom with Shubhankar addressing the judge. He provides background on the relationship between Srishti and Urvashi, stating they were cousins. He elaborates, “Srishti comes from a respected family and is a talented artist. Urvashi, after losing her parents, lived with Srishti’s family. Inspired by Srishti’s dancing, Urvashi aspired to become a dancer herself.” Shubhankar adds that Srishti was a role model for Urvashi. Jhanak, visibly startled, interjects, “That’s not true. Urvashi was born a dancer! Why would Srishti ever be her role model?” Jhanak’s tone grows defensive as she challenges Shubhankar, asking, “What do you even know about Urvashi? Only I know everything about her!” She accuses Shubhankar of disrespecting Urvashi’s legacy. Jhanak’s lawyer supports her, claiming, “Jhanak is right. These are baseless claims.” Shubhankar argues back, asking the judge to intervene and order that he not be interrupted during his statements. Aniruddh counters, “Everyone has the right to speak. Being a lawyer doesn’t give Shubhankar the liberty to say whatever he pleases. Urvashi is more than a mother to Jhanak and deserves respect.” The judge acknowledges Aniruddh’s concern and directs Shubhankar to speak respectfully.
Scene 2: Shocking Allegations Surface
Shubhankar resumes, asserting that both Srishti and Urvashi were students of Guruji. He continues, “While Srishti focused on her dance career, Urvashi developed feelings for Guruji and engaged in an affair with him.” The claim leaves the courtroom in shock. On the other hand, Kajol arrives at Lalon’s house, looking for him. Anuradha informs her, “Lalon isn’t home right now.” Apu notices Kajol’s worried expression and asks, “Is it your boyfriend again? Is he still bothering you?” Kajol avoids answering and tells Anuradha, “I’ll explain everything later.” Anuradha, sensing the tension, instructs Jimli to take Apu out of the room. Jimli complies, leaving with Apu. Meanwhile, in court, Shubhankar drops another bombshell, stating, “Srishti married Vinayak and gave birth to Arshi. Later, she returned to Guruji to pursue her dance career and found that Urvashi and Guruji were living as husband and wife.” Jhanak, furious, shouts, “This is a lie!” Brij Bhushan rises, questioning, “Do you have any proof for these claims?” Shubhankar, undeterred, demands that the interruptions stop, prompting the judge to order silence. Shubhankar then confidently adds, “I have evidence to support my claims.”
Scene 3: Kajol’s Plea for Help
Back at Lalon’s house, Anuradha presses Kajol, asking, “Who is troubling you, and why do you need Lalon’s help?” Kajol reveals, “The person causing me problems has connections, and I need Lalon to reach out to the police commissioner.” Anuradha probes further, “Do you want to marry Lalon? Is that why you’re involving him?” Kajol quickly denies, “It’s not like that.” However, their conversation doesn’t go unnoticed—Apu overhears everything and appears troubled. In court, Shubhankar continues to present his case, alleging that Urvashi gave birth to Jhanak and that Brij Bhushan refused to acknowledge her as his daughter. The accusation infuriates Brij Bhushan, who looks ready to explode. Shubhankar, unfazed, shifts focus to Vinayak, claiming, “Vinayak alleges that Srishti has two daughters, but I can prove that’s false. Srishti has only one daughter, Arshi.” The judge, sensing rising tensions, announces a recess and adjourns proceedings for a short break.

During the recess, Choton expresses concern to Mrinalini, asking, “What if Shubhankar proves that Jhanak and Brij Bhushan are lying?” Mrinalini remains calm and reassures him, “The case has just started. Don’t jump to conclusions.” However, Choton remains wary, muttering, “I know the lengths Shubhankar can go to win.” Elsewhere, Laal discusses the case with Tanuja and Bipasha. “Shubhankar presented his arguments well,” he says. Arshi walks into their discussion, overhearing Tanuja say, “It’s embarrassing how Aniruddh behaved.” Bipasha adds, “After the court’s decision, we’ll finally be free of Jhanak.” Angered by their remarks, Arshi retorts, “That won’t happen!” She storms out as Laal suggests filing a defamation case against Jhanak, adding, “But first, we need to handle Aniruddh.” Tanuja plans to consult with Shubhankar on their next move.
Scene 5: Jhanak’s Lawyer Fights Back
The court reconvenes, and Jhanak’s lawyer presents a counterargument. He tells the judge, “Urvashi knew all of Srishti’s secrets, yet she chose not to disclose them to Jhanak. Instead, she raised Jhanak while hiding the truth.” He further claims, “Srishti sought help from Kul Bhushan to eliminate Brij Bhushan. In doing so, Kul Bhushan stole Brij Bhushan’s identity, and Srishti assisted him.” Shubhankar dismisses these claims as fiction, stating, “This story sounds interesting, but where’s the evidence?” Jhanak’s lawyer remains composed and reveals, “Srishti secretly married Brij Bhushan, but they concealed their marriage from everyone.” Srishti, visibly upset, shouts, “This is a lie!” The lawyer calmly responds, “I have proof to back this claim.” He then asserts, “Srishti gave birth to Jhanak, and we can prove it.”
