Anirudh’s Conflict with Arshi
The episode begins with Aditya telling Anirudh about Jhanak’s medical condition. He explains that Jhanak has a large tumor in her stomach and that his duty was just to inform him. He adds that there’s nothing more to discuss. Anirudh asks if the surgery is serious. Aditya confirms, saying the tumor is large, and Jhanak only wanted Anirudh to be informed. He tells Anirudh not to lie to Arshi and then ends the call.
Arshi asks what happened, and Anirudh tells her that Aditya called to inform him that Jhanak has a tumor and isn’t pregnant. Arshi, upset, asks why Aditya called him. Vinayak insists that Jhanak is pregnant and alone. Shrishti, growing angry, tells him that Jhanak’s lover Aditya is with her. Aditya continues, saying Anirudh didn’t clearly say if he would come or not, but he believes Anirudh might show up. Jhanak doubts it, saying Anirudh won’t come and upset his wife. Aditya explains that Anirudh was shocked when he heard about the tumor, but if he truly wanted to, he would have signed the bond to be there for her. Jhanak tells him it doesn’t matter anymore.
Jhanak’s Reflection on Anirudh
Feeling emotional, Jhanak says she was foolish to think so highly of Anirudh. She admits that everything is over between them, and she feels stupid for trusting him. Meanwhile, Lalon is getting ready for work. Jhimli comments that Appu looks tired. Lalon smiles and tells her to let Appu rest for a while. When Appu wakes up, she asks Lalon to return in the afternoon, saying she will miss him. Lalon, however, is busy with work and tells her he can’t. Back at the hospital, Aditya tries to cheer up Jhanak. She tells him she isn’t afraid to die and knows her condition is serious. She isn’t sure if she will survive, but wanted to express her feelings.

Meanwhile, Appu and Lalon share a light moment with Anuradha, who brings them food. Appu jokes about Lalon being fed by his mother, and Anuradha lovingly feeds them both. The cheerful atmosphere contrasts with the tension in Jhanak’s situation. Aditya tells Jhanak that she’s being selfish. Jhanak admits it, saying that Aditya loves only one person, but she values her love and friendship with him. Aditya questions how she can love someone who doesn’t love or respect her. Jhanak brushes it off, saying she sees Aditya as a friend and suggests they move on. Aditya, trying to stay positive, promises her that she will get better and live a normal life again. He even jokes about ordering flowers for her to make her smile.
