Centre extends date of inviting applications under PLI Scheme in Textiles
The Ministry of Textiles has decided to extend the call date for new applications under the PLI scheme of MMF Apparel Textiles, MMF Fabrics and Technical Textiles products for another 2 months, i.e. until 31 October 2023.
The decision was made in light of requests from industry stakeholders. Previously, the Ministry had decided to reopen the PLI portal until 31 August 2023 to invite new applications from companies interested in the scheme.
