Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi said that the emphasis on improving infrastructure in our libraries and boosting creative writing would spread awareness of the importance of reading, particularly among the youth.
Shri Modi also expressed joy at the opening of the Library Festival 2023 by the Honorable President, Smt. Draupadi Murmu in New Delhi today.
