2024 Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awards Announced
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, has officially announced the recipients of the Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awards (TNNAA) for 2024. These prestigious awards recognize remarkable achievements in four categories: Land Adventure, Water Adventure, Air Adventure, and Lifetime Achievement. This year, the Government has approved four distinguished awardees. In the Land Adventure category, Ms. Baljeet Kaur and Shri Skalzang Rigzin have been honored for their significant contributions. Shri Rimo Saha will receive recognition in the Water Adventure category, while Shri Shiv Prasad Chamoli has been awarded for his Lifetime Achievement in adventure sports.

The Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awards will be presented by the President of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Each awardee will receive a statuette, a certificate, and cash award of Rs. 15 lakh.
