BIOFACH INDIA 2026: A Platform for Organic Excellence
The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) is set to host BIOFACH INDIA 2026 from August 6 to 8, 2026, at the India Expo Centre & Mart (IEML) in Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR. In partnership with Nuernberg Messe India, this exhibition aims to unite stakeholders from the organic, natural, and sustainable food sectors, creating a robust platform for trade and networking.
Over 200 companies will showcase their products, including more than 60 exhibitors participating under the APEDA Pavilion. This section will spotlight exporters, women entrepreneurs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), startups, and various organic enterprises. Visitors can explore a rich variety of certified organic goods from diverse regions of India, including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Tamil Nadu. The exhibit will feature products such as cereals, pulses, spices, fresh fruits, and even organic nutraceuticals, underlining India’s expansive agro-climatic diversity and its burgeoning capacity for certified organic production.
International Engagement at the Event
To bolster global market access for Indian organic products, APEDA has also invited over 35 international buyers from 13 significant markets, including Taiwan, Japan, and Australia. These participants, representing leading importers and distributors, will engage in structured Buyer-Seller Meets with Indian exhibitors. This initiative aims to cultivate business partnerships and explore new sourcing opportunities, enhancing long-term export collaborations.
Educational Opportunities and Insights
This three-day event will feature not only exhibitions but also technical conferences, interactive knowledge sessions, and product demonstrations. Focus areas will include organic certification, market trends, and sustainability practices. Participants will gain insights into international regulatory requirements and market expectations, preparing them for the evolving global organic trade landscape.
