Empowering India’s Youth: Industry Association Conclave Set for July 2026
The Department of Youth Affairs, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports of India, will host the inaugural Industry Association Conclave on July 3, 2026. This significant event, scheduled to take place at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar International Centre (Ambedkar Bhawan) in New Delhi, aims to unite senior government officials, industry leaders, and development partners. The goal is to create a collaborative framework for the empowerment of youth through the MY Bharat (Mera Yuva Bharat) initiative.
Proudly headlining the event will be Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, the Union Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports, along with Smt. Raksha Nikhil Khadse, the Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports. Distinguished participants will include Dr. Pallavi Jain Govil, Secretary of the Department of Youth Affairs, and other high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and MY Bharat, among others.
This conclave represents a pioneering effort to foster partnerships amongst government entities, industry associations, and corporations to drive youth-centric development initiatives. Discussions during the event will concentrate on harnessing the MY Bharat platform to broaden access to internships, volunteering opportunities, skill development programs, and entrepreneurial support, alongside advanced corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at young people.

Bringing together prominent industry bodies like CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, NASSCOM, and PHDCCI, as well as key CSR foundations such as the SBI Foundation and Reliance Foundation, the conclave promises a rich platform for meaningful dialogue. This unique gathering aims to align the efforts of the public and private sectors in engaging youth in constructive activities that contribute to nation-building.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights into the MY Bharat ecosystem, showcasing existing and proposed youth initiatives through presentations by various industry associations. The schedule includes open discussions, where industry stakeholders can exchange ideas on enhancing engagement through CSR, volunteering, and internships.
