University of Liverpool’s Journey to Approval
The University of Liverpool originally received a Letter of Intent (LoI) on May 26, 2025, in New Delhi, under the University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations pertaining to foreign higher education institutions in India. In the past year, the university successfully completed all necessary academic and infrastructure preparations. Following a thorough assessment by the UGC to ensure compliance with Indian regulations, it has now been granted the LoA to officially commence operations.
