MSME Ministry and NLDS Join Forces to Boost Logistics Efficiency
The Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has entered into a significant collaboration with NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDS), the digital arm of the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation. This new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to enhance logistics efficiency and enable data-driven policymaking within the MSME sector.
Operating under the auspices of the National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT), NLDS is positioned to drive technology-enabled reforms in the logistics and industrial infrastructure of India. The MoU’s primary focus is establishing a robust digital framework to facilitate seamless data exchange between the Ministry of MSME and NLDS via API-based integration. The MoU was formally signed by Smt. Anuja Bapat, Deputy Director General of the Office of the Development Commissioner (MSME), and Shri Arvind Devaraj, Chief Operating Officer of NLDS. The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both the Ministry and NLDS, who underscored the significance of this collaboration.
