Key Access Details for Bharat Mandapam Expo Arena Event

The Bharat Mandapam Expo Arena is set to welcome registered delegates on 21 February 2026, with an event running from 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to utilize public transport, such as metro and cabs, due to limited parking spaces at the venue. With substantial access protocols in place, it is essential for all participants to remain informed and prepared for a smooth experience.

Venue Access and Timing Information

Event timings will commence at 9:15 AM sharp, allowing delegates access to several expo halls. Specifically, those on the ground floor can visit Hall 1, Hall 6, and Hall 14, while Halls 2, 3, 4, and 5 will be accessible from both the ground and first floors.

For exhibitors, an earlier entry is permitted starting from 8:00 AM. All delegates must present a valid QR code along with a government-issued ID for entry. Notably, the Media Centre will be closed for the day, emphasizing the focus on delegates and exhibitors only.

Parking and Shuttle Services

While parking is available at Bharat Mandapam’s basement on a paid basis, self-drive vehicle parking is limited in nearby locations, including: Purana Qila Parking at 1.6 km, Zoo Parking Space at 3 km, and JLN Stadium Parking at 4.8 km. Shuttle services will conveniently transport attendees from these designated areas directly to Gate No. 04.

Intra-Venue and External Transport Options

Within the Bharat Mandapam campus, delegates can take advantage of designated golf carts for easier movement between different areas. Additionally, shuttle services will run between Gates 4 and 10 to facilitate travel for delegates arriving via Metro.

Food courts will be operational throughout the event, ensuring that all delegates have access to refreshments during the day.

Cooperation and Compliance

All registered participants, including invitees, speakers, and attendees, are urged to familiarize themselves with these updated access protocols in advance. It is vital for everyone to cooperate with security and traffic personnel, adhering strictly to the on-site instructions to guarantee a secure and efficient conduct of the event.
