According to industry reports, the Vivo X300 is expected to start at approximately ₹75,999 for the variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Additionally, two other configurations are anticipated: a 12GB RAM and 512GB storage option priced at around ₹81,999, and a high-end 16GB RAM with 512GB storage model expected to retail for ₹85,999. In contrast, the Vivo X300 Pro is likely to launch at ₹1,09,999, available in a single variant featuring 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Furthermore, Vivo has confirmed the availability of a Telephoto Extender Kit for the X300 series, which is expected to be priced at approximately ₹20,999.

Key Features and Specifications

Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will be powered by the advanced 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, ensuring high performance and efficiency. The devices will also incorporate Vivo’s Pro Imaging VS1 chip alongside the V3+ imaging chip, enhancing their camera capabilities. The smartphones will run on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, providing users with a smooth and intuitive interface.

The Vivo X300 Pro will boast a Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP HPB APO telephoto camera. For selfies, it may include a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor. Meanwhile, the standard Vivo X300 will feature a 200MP HPB primary sensor with optical image stabilization, complemented by a 50MP Sony LYT-602 telephoto lens and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera.
