Scene 1: The Team Challenge Begins

Bhabhiji stood in front of all the contestants and began explaining the next challenge to them. “Today I want you all to understand the difference between being a boss and being a leader. A boss is someone who simply loves having authority and giving orders to people. But a leader is completely different – a leader carries everyone along toward the same goal and helps the whole team succeed together.” She looked around at all the participants to make sure they were paying attention. “The next round is going to be all about teamwork, and I expect every single one of you to give your absolute best performance.

Remember this important lesson – all great businesses in this world are built only through strong teamwork and cooperation.” The anchor stepped forward to give the contestants their instructions. “Please open your chits now and find out which team leader you’ll be working with. Once you know your team assignment, go and join your respective groups immediately.” The contestants quickly opened their papers and started moving around to form their teams with their designated leaders. After everyone had found their groups, Bhabhiji made an important announcement that changed everything. “This challenge is also an elimination round, which means some of you might be going home today.

Each three-member team must prepare a complete three-course meal, and you have exactly one hour to finish everything. The clock starts ticking the moment I say go.” Mangal immediately took charge of motivating her team members. “We can definitely cook amazing food if we work together as a team. Don’t worry about anything – just focus on doing your best.” She began assigning tasks to make sure everything would be organized. “Rithu, you’ll be in charge of preparing the starter dish. Make sure it’s something delicious that will impress the judges.” Then she turned to Diya with the next assignment. “Diya, I’m counting on you to prepare the cake for dessert. I know you can make something really special for us.”

Meanwhile, Kusum was at home making a phone call to check on her family. “Adit, how are you feeling today? Please make sure you take all your medicines on time and take proper care of your health. I’m worried about you.” Sudesh noticed that Kusum looked concerned about something and asked her what was wrong. “What’s the matter? You look worried about something. Is everything okay?” Kusum explained the situation to him. “Adit had to go to Dehradun for some work, but he’s not feeling well at all. His health seems to be getting worse, and I’m really concerned about him.” Sudesh tried to comfort her and ease her worries. “Don’t stress yourself too much about it. I’m sure he’ll be fine. He just needs some rest and proper medical care.”

Scene 2: Sabotage in the Kitchen

Back at the cooking competition, Bhabhiji announced that the preparation time was over. “The discussion period has ended now. It’s time for all teams to start cooking immediately. Remember, you only have one hour to complete your three-course meal.” As the cooking began, Sowmya was watching Rithu very carefully and couldn’t help but smirk. The camera showed a flashback that revealed the truth behind Sowmya’s confident attitude. It turned out that Sowmya had secretly bribed Rithu to sabotage Mangal’s cooking and ruin her chances of winning the competition.

The team leaders, including Mangal and Sowmya along with others, were positioned outside the kitchen area where they could guide their teams and give instructions. Rithu began her sabotage by deliberately pouring way too much chili powder into the starter dish, making it completely inedible. When other people noticed what happened, she quickly pretended it was just an innocent mistake. “Oh no, I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to add so much chili powder. My hand slipped.” But she wasn’t done with her sabotage yet. Rithu then proceeded to spill all the rice that was supposed to be used for the main course. Bhabhiji noticed the chaos happening in Mangal’s team area and decided to give them a stern warning.

“Mangal, your team is a complete mess right now. If you don’t manage to finish cooking all your dishes on time, your entire team will be eliminated from this competition.” Mangal tried to handle the crisis by asking Rithu to go get more ingredients. “Rithu, please go to the pantry and bring another packet of rice so we can start the main course again.” But Rithu continued her sabotage by bringing sugar instead of salt, hoping to ruin another dish. However, Mangal caught the mistake before it could cause any damage. “Rithu, this isn’t salt – this is powdered sugar. Here, taste it yourself and you’ll see what I mean.” Rithu tasted the white powder and realized she had been caught in her mistake. “I’m so sorry, Mangal. I don’t know how I made such a silly error.”

Mangal remained patient with her teammate. “Just please be more careful from now on. We need to work together if we want to succeed.” Rithu nodded and agreed to be more cautious.

Scene 3: Fake Illness and Kitchen Drama

While Bhabhiji was busy taking an important phone call and had stepped away from monitoring the contestants, Rithu decided to execute the next part of her sabotage plan. She started pretending to feel dizzy and weak, swaying a little bit to make it look convincing. Mangal immediately noticed that something was wrong with her teammate and rushed to catch her before she could fall. “Rithu, what’s happening? Are you feeling okay?” she asked with genuine concern. Rithu continued her act perfectly, making up a story about being sick. “I’m having really bad menstrual cramps today, and I already took some medicine for the pain, but it doesn’t seem to be helping at all.

The pain is getting worse instead of better.” She looked at Mangal apologetically. “I don’t think I can prepare the cake in this condition. I’m really sorry for letting the team down, but I just can’t focus properly when I’m in this much pain.” The other team members started panicking when they heard this news. “We don’t know anything about baking cakes. None of us have experience with dessert preparation. What are we going to do now?” they said worriedly. Mangal realized she would have to take on this additional responsibility herself. “Don’t worry about it, Rithu. You should go and rest until you feel better.

I’ll handle making the cake along with my other tasks.” Rithu pretended to be grateful for Mangal’s understanding. “Thank you so much for being considerate. I’ll go rest now and hopefully feel better soon.” Just as Rithu was about to leave the kitchen area, Bhabhiji finished her phone call and returned to see what was happening. She immediately questioned why one of the contestants was trying to leave. “Where do you think you’re going? Why are you leaving the kitchen?” Before Rithu could answer, Mangal stepped in to explain the situation. “Rithu is experiencing severe menstrual cramps and isn’t feeling well enough to continue cooking. I gave her permission to rest because she can barely stand up properly.”

Bhabhiji wasn’t sympathetic at all to this explanation. “Nobody can leave my kitchen without completing their assigned work. That’s the rule, and there are no exceptions.” Mangal tried to reason with her respectfully. “But you gave your PA leave just last week when she had a cold. This is a medical issue too, and Rithu needs to rest.” Bhabhiji made a sarcastic comment in response to this comparison. Mangal remained polite but firm in her request. “I promise I will handle all the work myself and make sure our team completes everything on time. Please allow Rithu to leave and recover.”

Bhabhiji looked annoyed but finally gave in to Mangal’s persistent request. “This is your last chance, Mangal. If your team fails to deliver, you’ll all be eliminated, and it will be your fault for making this decision.” Mangal accepted this responsibility and went to start working on the cake preparation immediately.

Scene 4: The Final Rush and Suspicious Glances

As Mangal started working on the cake while also managing her other cooking responsibilities, Bhabhiji began observing the interactions between different contestants more carefully. She noticed something very interesting that made her suspicious about what was really happening. Sowmya and Rithu were exchanging knowing smirks and meaningful glances with each other when they thought nobody was watching. This behavior clearly indicated that they were working together on some kind of plan, and Bhabhiji’s experienced eye caught their secret communication.

However, she decided not to say anything immediately and continued watching to see how the situation would develop. Mangal was now working frantically in the kitchen, trying to prepare multiple dishes at the same time since she had taken on Rithu’s responsibilities as well as her own. She was running around between different cooking stations, stirring pots, checking the oven, and making sure everything was cooking properly. Despite her best efforts to manage everything efficiently, the extra workload was clearly taking its toll on her performance. She was struggling to keep up with the tight timeline that had been set for the challenge. The other team members tried to help her as much as possible, but they lacked the skills needed for the more complex tasks like cake preparation.

As the hour-long cooking time was coming to an end, Mangal was still working hard to finish the cake and put the final touches on all the dishes. She was moving as quickly as possible, but it was obvious that she was going to finish later than the other teams who hadn’t faced the same obstacles and sabotage attempts. The pressure was mounting as the clock ticked down, and Mangal knew that being late could cost her entire team their place in the competition. When she finally managed to complete all the cooking tasks, she was indeed the last team leader to finish, just as everyone had expected.

Sowmya, who had been watching Mangal struggle throughout the challenge, couldn’t resist making a nasty comment about her performance. “Well, well, look who managed to finish last. I guess taking on extra responsibility wasn’t such a smart decision after all,” she said with obvious satisfaction. Sowmya was clearly enjoying seeing Mangal struggle and was confident that her sabotage plan had worked perfectly. The episode ended with Mangal exhausted from her efforts but determined to present her team’s dishes to the judges despite all the obstacles that had been placed in her way.

The Episode Ends Here

Precap: As Mangal tries to carry the finished cake to the judging table, she struggles to walk properly in her uncomfortable shoes and accidentally drops the cake on the floor. The beautiful dessert that she worked so hard to prepare gets completely ruined. When Bhabhiji calls on all the contestants to present their cakes for judging, Mangal has to show up with her damaged dessert. Bhabhiji looks at the mess that was once a cake and gets very upset with Mangal’s team. “Is this supposed to be some kind of joke? What exactly am I looking at here?” she asks angrily, making it clear that Mangal’s team is in serious trouble.
