The episode opened with a police inspector explaining the standard procedure for investigating theft cases in residential areas. “When any theft happens in a house, our first suspicion will always fall on the people who live there,” he stated matter-of-factly. “We have to investigate all residents before looking for outside criminals.” Kusum immediately responded to this statement by assuring the officer of her innocence in the robbery. “I want you to know that I am completely uninvolved in any theft,” she said firmly. “I have nothing to do with the money that was stolen from Mangal’s house.”
The police inspector then turned his attention to Sowmya and asked her directly about her potential involvement in the crime. “Did you have anything to do with this theft?” he questioned. Sowmya responded with what appeared to be an innocent observation about family dynamics. “When a new daughter-in-law enters a house, sometimes she sends goons to trouble the old daughter-in-law,” she said, as if referencing common television drama plots. “This kind of thing happens just like in the serials we watch on TV.” This comment surprised Sowmya herself, though she tried to maintain her composure. Sowmya began showing signs of anxiety about her schedule and the time constraints she was facing. “I’m worried about reaching the competition on time,” she thought as she checked her watch repeatedly. The police inspector noticed her troubled demeanor and asked about her concerns. “Why do you look so worried and troubled right now?” he inquired with curiosity. Sowmya provided an excuse to leave the police station quickly. “I have to go because I have an important doctor’s appointment that I cannot miss,” she explained. “My health condition requires regular medical checkups.” The inspector accepted her explanation and allowed her to leave. “You can go ahead to your appointment,” he agreed. With this permission, Sowmya rushed away from the station and hurried toward the competition venue.
Sowmya managed to arrive at the Pehla Swad competition just before the deadline for participant check-in. However, her hurried arrival caught the attention of the organizers. “Please don’t run in your current condition,” they advised her with concern. “You should be more careful about your health and safety.” Sowmya justified her rushing behavior by explaining her time constraints. “I was getting very late, and I was worried about missing the competition entirely,” she said breathlessly. Once she caught her breath, Sowmya asked the staff about her main competitor’s attendance. “Has Mangal arrived yet for the competition?” she inquired hopefully. Scene 3: Celebrity Judge Arrival and Deliberate Sabotage

When she saw Bhabhi ji about to step onto the stairs leading to the competition area, she made her move. “Can you please give me the glass back now?” she asked Mangal urgently. As Mangal moved to return the glass, Sowmya deliberately tripped her, causing the juice to spill all over Bhabhi ji’s expensive outfit.
Scene 4: Second Chances and Fashion Challenges
Bhabhi ji became furious about the accident and immediately demanded action. “Remove this contestant from the competition right now,” she ordered the production team angrily. “I will not tolerate such carelessness from participants.” Mangal was devastated and began apologizing profusely for the mishap. “I am so sorry for what happened,” she pleaded desperately. “Please don’t remove me from the competition. Bhabhi ji requested her backup outfit so the show could continue on schedule. “Bring me my second dress immediately,” she instructed her team. “We need to start the competition on time regardless of this incident.” While the staff rushed to fulfill this request, Mangal continued her emotional appeal. “I am participating in this competition for my children’s future,” she explained with tears. “Please give me just one chance to prove myself.” However, Bhabhi ji responded harshly to this emotional approach. “I dislike people who try to seek sympathy by using their family problems as excuses,” she said coldly. “This is a professional competition, not a charity event where we give handouts to people with sad stories.”
Despite this criticism, Mangal persisted in her request. “I understand this is a competition,” she acknowledged. “I’m asking for an opportunity to prove my actual capability and skills.” After considering the situation, Bhabhi ji decided to give her one final chance. “Life doesn’t usually give people second chances, but I will give you one last opportunity,” she announced. “This is a do-or-die situation for you.” She then addressed all the contestants with strict instructions. “Everyone must learn the competition rules carefully and follow them perfectly,” she warned. The contestants were then provided with new uniforms to wear during the competition. “Please change into these outfits and return to the stage,” the anchor instructed them. When Mangal saw the uniform, she felt uncomfortable with the modern style.
“This outfit is quite different from what I usually wear,” she thought with concern. Noticing Mangal’s hesitation, Bhabhi ji offered her an easy way out. “If you have a problem with the uniform, you can leave the competition right now,” she told her bluntly. She then extended the same option to all contestants. “The same goes for anyone else who has issues with the required attire.” Sowmya was confident that Mangal would quit rather than wear the revealing outfit. “Mangal will never wear such a short top and pants,” she thought with satisfaction. “This will finally eliminate her from the competition.” All the contestants went to the changing area to put on their new uniforms.
When the contestants returned to the stage, everyone was present except Mangal. “Where is the contestant who spilled juice on me?” Bhabhi ji asked with impatience. Sowmya seized this opportunity to create doubt about Mangal’s commitment. “Mangal probably won’t come back because she doesn’t like wearing modern clothes,” she suggested. “She’s likely too uncomfortable with the uniform to continue competing.” However, Bhabhi ji criticized Sowmya’s negative comments. “You should stop speaking badly about other contestants,” she reprimanded. “Focus on your own performance instead.” At that moment, the anchor made an exciting announcement.
“The final contestant has now arrived,” he declared. To Sowmya’s complete disappointment, Mangal walked onto the stage wearing the required uniform, showing her determination to compete despite her personal discomfort. Bhabhi ji then established the ground rules for the competition going forward. “All contestants must be punctual from now on, or they will be immediately evicted,” she warned sternly. “There will be no more tolerance for lateness or excuses.” She then asked for confirmation of their commitment. “Are you all ready to compete seriously?” she questioned. When all contestants agreed, she led them to the competition area.
“Follow me to the kitchen where the real challenge will begin,” she announced. The anchor explained the impressive setup they would be using. “This world-class kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and technology,” he described. “Please stand at your assigned cooking stations.” As the contestants took their positions, Sowmya made a comment to Mangal about their rivalry. “Here we are at the same place again, competing against each other,” she observed with a mixture of anticipation and tension.
