Scene 1: Phone Call Accusations and Trust Issues
The episode opened with Aditi making harsh accusations against Jhanak about her character and family background. “You learned how to interfere in other people’s lives from your mother Nutan,” she said cruelly. “This manipulative behavior runs in your family.” Rishi immediately tried to defend Jhanak from these personal attacks. “Please don’t talk to Jhanak in such a harsh manner,” he requested Aditi. “There’s no need to be so cruel with your words.” However, Aditi was not willing to listen to his appeals for kindness. “You need to keep quiet and not defend her,” she told Rishi firmly. “I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of all this stress and worry.”
Jhanak had reached her breaking point with Aditi’s constant accusations and decided to fight back. “Stop making these false claims about me and my family,” she demanded. “I will prove to everyone who my real father is, and I will show that my mother was an honest and pure woman.” She then made a bold declaration about their family connection. “One day I will bring out the truth, which is that your father and my father are the same person,” she announced. “We are actually half-sisters, whether you want to accept it or not.”
Aditi responded with more accusations about Jhanak’s supposed dishonesty. “You are claiming someone else’s husband as your own husband, and now you’re also claiming someone else’s father as your father,” she said angrily. “You have no right to these relationships.” The situation escalated when Rishi snatched the phone away from Aditi to take control of the conversation. “Jhanak, you can call me for help when you need it,” he said. “But I also have personal space in my life where you cannot interfere.” Jhanak was hurt by his lack of trust in her innocence. “Why are you not believing me?” she asked him sadly. “I am telling you the truth when I say I did not call you last night.”
Aditi continued to accuse Jhanak of lying about the phone call incident. “She is not telling the truth,” she insisted. Jhanak made an emotional appeal to Rishi for basic trust. “You should trust me at least,” she pleaded. “If you won’t believe me, then who will?” Aditi questioned why Rishi should give Jhanak any special consideration. “Why should my husband trust you over me?” she demanded. Jhanak then reminded Aditi of her legal relationship with Rishi and how it differed from Aditi’s relationship with him. “Don’t forget that Rishi was my husband according to our marriage ceremony,” she pointed out. “He always comes to help me when I’m in trouble, and his opinion about me is different from your opinion.”
She then spoke about the trust that still existed between them despite their separation. “We trust each other even though there is no current relationship between us,” she explained. This statement pushed Aditi beyond her tolerance level. “I can’t tolerate this situation anymore,” she declared.
Scene 2: Relationship Boundaries and Emotional Confessions
Rishi felt he needed to defend his wife and set boundaries with Jhanak. “I cannot allow you to insult Aditi like this,” he told Jhanak firmly. “Her anger about this situation is completely justified.” He then established clear limits on his relationship with Jhanak. “I won’t tolerate it if you speak to Aditi disrespectfully,” he warned. “I also can’t help you always because I have other important responsibilities in my life.” Jhanak accepted his position and tried to clarify her intentions. “I understand your responsibilities,” she replied. “I don’t want to come between you and Aditi or cause problems in your marriage.”
She then took responsibility for the mysterious phone call incident. “Since the call came from my phone, it’s my responsibility to solve this problem,” she acknowledged. In an effort to end the conflict, she made a promise to both of them. “I apologize for all this trouble, and I promise I won’t call Rishi again,” she said before disconnecting the call. Mishti had been secretly listening to this entire conversation and was pleased with how it had created more problems between Rishi and Jhanak. After ending the call, Jhanak questioned her roommate about the mysterious phone call. “Did you use my phone to call anyone last night?” she asked directly. Her roommate denied any involvement.
“Why would I use your phone?” she replied innocently. “I have my own phone for making calls.” Jhanak realized she needed to be more careful about protecting her privacy. “I have to be more careful from now on,” she decided as she left the room. Later, Ayush approached Jhanak with a question about her financial situation. “Have you received your scholarship money yet?” he asked. Jhanak provided an update on her funding. “I will receive the money tomorrow,” she informed him. “The scholarship office said everything is ready.” Ayush then shared his plans for purchasing academic materials. “I’m going to buy a few books for my studies,” he told her. “Do you need any books?”
Jhanak expressed interest in getting books but didn’t know where to shop. “I also want to buy a few books, but I don’t know where to find them,” she admitted. Ayush offered to help her with this task. “You can come with me to the bookstore,” he suggested. “I can also help you apply for a library card while we’re there.” Jhanak was grateful for his assistance. “I would really like to have a library card so I can use the library for studying,” she said. “I’ll definitely go with you.” However, their conversation was interrupted when Mishti and her friends arrived and began causing trouble. “Look at Jhanak sitting with Ayush,” Mishti taunted. “She’s always trying to get close to different boys.” Jhanak defended both Ayush and herself against these accusations. “Ayush is helping me with my studies,” she explained. “He’s not like you bullies who only want to create problems for others.”
Scene 3: Marriage Discussions and Library Plans
Meanwhile, Rishi offered to drive Aditi to her college, which surprised her because it wasn’t part of their usual routine. “Why do you suddenly want to drop me at college today?” she asked with curiosity. Rishi explained his practical reasons for offering transportation. “I can drop you at college and then go directly to my duty,” he said. “It will save time for both of us.” However, Aditi used this opportunity to express her fundamental concerns about their marriage. “I cannot tolerate having a third person constantly interfering in our relationship,” she said directly. “This situation with Jhanak has to stop.” Rishi tried to reassure her that he had handled the phone call situation appropriately.
“I scolded Jhanak for calling me,” he reminded her. “I made it clear that such contact was inappropriate.” But Aditi suspected deeper feelings were involved. “I think you love Jhanak,” she accused him. “If that’s true, then please just accept it and be honest with me.” Rishi tried to clarify the nature of his feelings for Jhanak. “I care about Jhanak’s wellbeing, but that’s all it is,” he insisted. “There’s nothing romantic about my concern for her.” He then questioned why they needed to keep discussing this topic. “Why are we talking about this now?” he asked. “We are a married couple, and that’s an established fact.”
Aditi revealed her emotional vulnerability. “I feel insecure about your relationship with her,” she admitted honestly. Rishi attempted to provide reassurance about their marriage. “I am here with you,” he said. “You don’t need to be scared of anything because I’m committed to our relationship.” They then went downstairs together to continue with their day.
Scene 4: Tragic Explosion and Family Concerns
As Jhanak and Ayush walked to the library together, they began sharing personal stories about their family relationships. “My father never accepted me as his daughter,” Jhanak confided sadly. “He always hurt me and rejected me throughout my life.” She then spoke about her failed marriage. “My husband also didn’t accept me properly,” she continued. “I had to separate from Rishi for the sake of Aditi’s happiness and peace of mind.” She revealed the depth of her continuing feelings for Rishi. “I’m not able to forget Rishi because I love him so deeply,” she admitted.
“I can’t imagine loving anyone else ever again.” Ayush offered his friendship as support during her difficult time. “We will be friends forever,” he promised her. “You can count on my friendship no matter what happens.” Suddenly, their conversation was interrupted by a devastating bomb blast that occurred near their location. Jhanak was injured in the explosion and needed immediate medical attention. Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene, with ambulances and police responding to help the victims of the bombing.
At the same time, back at home, the family was discussing celebration plans for an important anniversary. “Let’s celebrate Dadabhai and Indumati’s 40th wedding anniversary,” Surjeet suggested. “It’s a special milestone that deserves recognition.” Payal agreed with the idea and added her own suggestion. “Let’s keep it as a surprise celebration,” she proposed. “They’ll be so happy if we plan something special without telling them.” Aditi questioned why they were waiting for someone who might not attend. “Why are we still waiting for Ridhiman?” she asked impatiently.
Surjeet defended the decision to include him in their plans. “Aditi has never met Ridhiman, which is why she’s saying this,” he explained. “If she knew him better, she would understand why we want him here.” Tanushri brought up concerns about Ridhiman’s past behavior. “Ridhiman did wrong things to Sanjhbati,” she pointed out. “We should consider that when deciding whether to include him.” However, Rishi suggested they didn’t have complete information. “We don’t know the exact story of what happened,” he said. “We shouldn’t judge without knowing all the facts.”
Their family discussion was suddenly interrupted when they saw breaking news about the bomb blast on television. “There’s been an explosion near the college,” the news reported. Rishi immediately became concerned about student safety. “We need to call Mishti because that’s near her college,” he said urgently. “We have to make sure she’s safe.” The family became worried about all the students who might have been affected by the blast. Payal quickly called Mishti to check on her condition. “Mishti is safe inside the college building,” she reported with relief.
“She wasn’t near the explosion when it happened.” However, Putul expressed concern about another student they cared about. “I’m worried about Jhanak’s safety,” she said anxiously. “She might have been in that area when the blast occurred.” Realizing the potential danger to Jhanak, Rishi immediately left the house to go to the college and check on her wellbeing.
