Udne Ki Aasha Written Update 14th October 2025: Tejas’s Beach House Dream Becomes a Nightmare

Isha arrives in India after spending a long time in Canada. She boards Sachin’s car. They start chatting right away. Isha describes the weather and lifestyle in Canada to Sachin. He shows genuine interest in learning more about her financial situation and growth over there. Isha seems really comfortable with Sachin’s amicable nature—he always comes across as a simple and honest driver. Through their conversation, Sachin discovers that Isha faced a major financial loss last year, which is why she had to come back to India. According to Isha, a fraud man took all the money from her investment, leaving her in terrible financial shape.
The visible anger on her face makes Sachin more curious about what happened. What he doesn’t know is that Isha’s talking about his own brother Tejas. But Isha doesn’t want to dig into that memory because it makes her uncomfortable and angry.
Pride Before the Fall
Renuka’s enjoying the surroundings at the beach house. Both Paresh and Renuka go for a morning walk together. As always, Renuka feels super happy and proud of her elder son Tejas, who recently bought this beach house. But Paresh is upset with Tejas’s sell-centric nature—he’s been selling his own property to arrange money. Renuka asks Paresh to focus on Tejas’s success and honest intentions instead. Paresh goes to a nearby coconut shop to buy coconuts. The shop owner seems to know something mysterious about that sea beach house when he learns these people are going to be the owners of it.
An Unwelcome Recognition
Isha also arrives at the same settlement office where Tejas and Renuka have come for the registration of their sea beach house. Outside the office, Tejas meets Sachin. After a few minutes pass, Isha notices Tejas and his wife have arrived at the same office. (This is where things get real.) As soon as she sees their faces, she immediately runs from there and gets help from Sachin’s car to escape. Sitting in the car, Isha starts talking about the same topic again, but Sachin still doesn’t realize she’s talking about Tejas. Later, Sachin receives a gift—two beautiful sunglasses that Isha brought from Canada for him.
When Reality Crashes the Party
Tejas and Roshni are both looking excited thinking about their dream and this beach house. Suddenly they notice a luxurious car pulling up in front of their house. They assume the car’s coming from the name plate shop to deliver their custom name plate.
But a respectful person steps out of the car. He introduces himself as the owner of that sea beach house. From this man, Tejas realizes he’s been betrayed by the fraud man named Ajay. Ajay took the house on rent but tried selling this property to Tejas, taking their money in the process. Roshni becomes unconscious when she realizes what they’re facing. Tejas mistakenly confesses he’s already paid 30 lakh rupees for the property. The Deshmukhs are told they need to leave the beach house as soon as possible. The actual owner has already lodged a complaint at the police station.
Within minutes, police arrive at the scene. They force the Deshmukhs to empty out the house. The Deshmukhs can’t digest this shocking truth—they’re forced to return to their own house empty-handed. Returning home, everyone sits together to discuss their massive loss. Everyone gets fired up at Tejas. Paresh lashes out at Tejas for his foolishness in handling this entire situation.
