Anupama says she finally gets it—she understands why Samar brought her to Murvi in the first place. She adds that she now realizes why she’s been feeling Samar’s presence surrounding her ever since she arrived. Rahi’s skeptical. She asks Anupama how she can be completely certain that the Sonu living with Prakash is the exact same person who murdered Samar. Anupama’s answer is simple but powerful—her heart’s telling her the truth. She insists there’s no way she could ever forget Sonu or his family. The pieces are starting to come together in her mind, and Anupama’s beginning to suspect there’s some kind of connection between Prakash and Sonu.
She asks Devika to dig into whether Sonu’s still locked up in jail. Devika recalls that Anuj mentioned Sonu got a life imprisonment sentence, but she agrees to verify if he’s actually still behind bars. Anupama says something about Prakash just seems suspicious to her.
An Invitation with Hidden Motives
Prakash extends an invitation to Anupama, asking her to come to his house for the Navratri mahaprasad. Anupama accepts. Prakash doesn’t just ask—he insists that she absolutely must come. Anupama makes up her mind to visit Prakash’s house. Rahi questions why they should even go there in the first place. But Devika explains that if they want to learn more about Prakash, they need to stay close to him. Anupama says she’s ready to take whatever risk comes her way for Samar’s sake. Sarita tells Anupama they’re fortunate that Prakash has invited them to the festival celebration.
Then something strange happens. Anupama spots a girl hiding somewhere nearby, but the moment the girl sees Anupama looking at her, she runs away.
Family Troubles on Multiple Fronts
Khyati’s missing Aryan. She gets this feeling that he’s coming back soon, and it makes her excited. Back at the Shah house, Vasundhara’s questioning Ishani about why she’s returned. Ishani explains she wanted to meet Pari, Mahi, and Rahi but had no idea they’d all gone on the trip too.
Parag, Hasmuk, Prem, Paritosh, and Ansh come back home and immediately ask about Ishani and Vasundhara being there. Ishani tells Ansh she didn’t like her course, which is why she came back. Ansh scolds her for dropping out of college halfway through after they’d already paid the full fee for the entire program. Ishani stands firm, repeating that she didn’t enjoy the course and that’s her reason for returning. Ansh asks if she’s lying to them. Paritosh steps in and suggests Ishani should go freshen up.
Vasundhara says Ishani’s hiding something. She suspects Ishani’s started taking drugs again. (Wait, what?) Vasundhara warns the Shahs about this and asks Prem and Parag to come with her. Hasmuk tells Parag to go ahead, while Prem decides he’s staying back. Ansh makes up his mind to inform Pakhi about Ishani’s return. Over wherever Pakhi is, she asks Kinjal who she’s calling. Kinjal says she’s calling Ansh to check whether Paritosh has created any drama again. She then asks Pakhi if she’s not worried about Ishani. Pakhi’s response? She says Ishani’s in Delhi, studying.
The Real Face Behind the Noble Act
Here’s where Prakash shows his true colors. He’s beating his men for how they behaved with Rahi and Mahi. He tells them that because of what they did, he could’ve been humiliated in front of all the villagers. Prakash’s worried that Rahi or Anupama might go to the police or contact the media about the incident. Tatiya asks Prakash a valid question—why did he call Anupama over if he knows she’s clever enough to figure things out? Prakash admits he did it to make himself appear noble in everyone’s eyes. Then Tatiya hands over someone’s property documents to Prakash. He assures Prakash that his men have already killed that man’s daughter. Prakash gets excited about this and tells Tatiya to instruct Sonu to stay hidden inside his room for a bit longer.
Heartbeats and Hopes
Anupama asks Samar to come before her. Rahi says she’s felt Samar’s presence too and asks Anupama to trust her on this. Anupama’s feeling hopeful that she’ll discover answers when she goes to Prakash’s house. At the Kothari house, Prarthana’s telling Khyati that her baby has started kicking inside her. Khyati says something completely unexpected—she claims Prarthana’s baby is actually Aryan because she can feel his heartbeat. Both Anupama and Prarthana are shocked by this statement. Khyati asks Prarthana to come live at the Kothari house with Aryan, promising she’ll take care of both of them.
What’s Coming Next:
Prakash’s family welcomes Anupama and the dance ranis to their home. Rahi notices that a few girls are missing from the village. Prakash dismisses this, saying the girls haven’t gone missing—they’ve simply run away. Anupama counters this, suggesting maybe the girls ran away because they’re afraid of someone.
