X Divides Verified Organizations into ‘Premium Business’ and ‘Premium Organizations’

X has announced a significant rebranding of its premium subscription service for businesses and governments, now divided into two distinct offerings: Premium Business and Premium Organizations. The Premium Organizations tier, marked by a grey checkmark, is tailored for governments and multilateral entities, while the Premium Business tier, featuring a gold checkmark, aims to assist businesses in enhancing their growth on the platform. This strategic move comes as X seeks to bolster its revenue amid challenges in its advertising sector.

New Features for Premium Business

The Premium Business subscription is designed to provide a suite of tools that cater to organizations of all sizes, from small startups to large corporations. X has introduced three tiers within this offering: Basic, Full Access, and Enterprise. The Basic tier, priced at $200 per month, includes essential features to help businesses establish their presence on X. The Full Access tier, available for $1,000 per month, offers additional benefits such as affiliate support, expedited customer service, and priority handles. The Enterprise tier is tailored for larger organizations, providing advanced tools and personalized account management, with pricing determined on a case-by-case basis.

To enhance visibility and credibility, Premium Business subscribers will receive a gold checkmark, which signifies authenticity. Additionally, businesses will benefit from affiliate badges, advanced impersonation defense tools, and quicker human support to address any issues that may arise. These features are designed to help companies effectively navigate the platform and drive growth.

Exclusive Tools and Marketplace Access

In a bid to further support businesses, X has announced that Premium Business subscribers will soon gain access to priority handles. These handles, which are currently inactive, will be available for free to subscribers, while rarer handles can be purchased in a marketplace. This initiative aims to provide businesses with unique branding opportunities on the platform, allowing them to stand out in a competitive landscape.

Moreover, Premium Business will include tools for hiring, real-time monitoring of brand and industry trends, and access to SuperGrok, a feature designed to enhance user experience. These tools are intended to empower businesses to make informed decisions and adapt quickly to changes in their respective markets.

Pricing and Promotional Offers

The Premium Organizations plan, which is also priced at $1,000 per month, is specifically designed for governmental and multilateral organizations. For a limited time, X is offering users the chance to receive 100% of their subscription cost back in the form of advertising credits, making it an attractive option for organizations looking to maximize their investment.

Seth Fuchs from X Engineering emphasized the platform’s potential for organizations, stating, “X is the best place to grow your organization’s influence and speak directly to the people who matter.” This rebranding effort is part of X’s broader strategy to remain relevant and support organizations in achieving their goals on the platform.

As X introduces these new Premium tiers, including a more affordable $200 option, the company aims to enhance its revenue streams while addressing the challenges faced by its advertising business. The changes reflect X’s commitment to providing valuable resources for organizations seeking to thrive in the digital landscape.
