Anjali speaking to her neighbors. “Please don’t tell anyone I’ve recovered,” she pleads, her words carrying a weight of secrecy. Her plan clearly depends on keeping her recovery hidden from certain people. Aarti stands nearby, confused by this request. “Do you know who killed my father?” she asks her mother point-blank.
“Yes, I do,” Anjali answers without hesitation.
“Then why aren’t we catching him?” Aarti demands, her frustration visible in her quick movements.
Anjali explains their situation carefully. “The Rajyavanshi, Thakur, and Rajput families are too powerful. We need a different approach to handle them.” She pauses, determination in her eyes. “We must fight them like Maa Durga.”
Once alone, Anjali makes a bold move. She calls Yuvraj directly. Her voice drips with sarcasm as she taunts him about failing to become a full-fledged son-in-law of the Rajput family. Anjali doesn’t stop there.
“You’re paying for your sins now,” she tells him coldly. “You molested Padma, married her, and then tried to kill her.”
Yuvraj, clearly shocked, manages only one question: “Who are you?”
Anjali drops the bombshell. “I saw you kill Aman. I saw you hit our car with a truck, leaving me paralyzed.” Her voice grows stronger with each accusation. “I will make sure you, Chandraman, Uday, and Bhajan all go to jail.”
She ends the call abruptly, leaving Yuvraj stunned. He flashes back to the accident, suddenly remembering the scene. “Nobody was there except Anjali,” he realizes with growing horror. “Only Anjali saw me.”
Panic sets in. Yuvraj immediately calls Raghav. “Anjali has recovered,” he warns. “She’s planning something during this Navaratri. Be careful.” Without waiting for a response, he hangs up.
When Love Triangles Turn Ugly
Meanwhile, Aarti returns home to an unexpected visitor—Ved is waiting for her.
“What are you doing here?” she asks, surprise evident in her voice.
Ved steps closer. “I love you,” he declares. “I only want you.”
When Aarti tries to leave, Ved grabs her hand, pulling her into a tight embrace. Neither notices Kali watching them from the doorway, her face darkening with each passing second.
“Well, well, what do we have here?” Kali’s voice cuts through the room like a knife.
Ved turns toward Kali, irritation flashing across his face. “Watch what you say about her. She’s the woman I love.”
“And what am I to you?” Kali demands.
Ved dismisses her with a wave of his hand. “You mean nothing to me. The sindoor from our wedding ceremony was fake. According to tradition, our marriage never happened.”
Kali’s laugh is cold. “Is that what you think?”
She pulls out wedding registry papers, waving them in Ved’s face. “We are legally husband and wife. These papers prove it.”
Ved stares at the documents in disbelief. “When did I sign these?”
“When you were completely drunk,” Kali replies smugly. She turns to Aarti with a triumphant smile. “I called you to that party on purpose. I acted close with Ved so you’d misunderstand him. And when he got drunk from frustration after you left, I got what I needed.”
The revelation stuns both Ved and Aarti. But Ved recovers quickly. He grabs the papers from Kali’s hand, tears them to pieces, and—in a moment of pure defiance—burns them right in front of her.
“There,” he says. “Now no one can prove we’re married.”
Kali raises her hand to slap Ved. Before she can strike, Aarti grabs her wrist mid-air.
“Don’t you dare,” Aarti warns, her voice low but steady.
Kali yanks her arm free. “I’ll kill you for this,” she spits out before storming away.
In the wake of Kali’s departure, Aarti turns to Ved. “I love you, and you love me,” she says simply. “We shouldn’t let others come between us.”
What they don’t realize is that Anjali has witnessed this entire scene through the window. Her thoughts are written all over her face: her daughter would never behave this way.
Justice Wears Many Faces
In the precap for the next episode, we get a glimpse of what’s coming next. Kali stands shocked as she learns Anjali will be arguing her case. “Why would you do that?” she asks, clearly confused by this turn of events.
Anjali’s response is firm. “I will never allow anything wrong to happen in front of me. I am a devotee of the law.”
The surprises don’t end there. Sadhika approaches Aarti with an unexpected proposal. “Come home,” she urges. “We want Ved for you. We’ll arrange your marriage to him.”
Aarti seems uncertain. “What if my mother doesn’t agree?” she asks Ved.
Sadhika dismisses her concern with a confident smile. “Anjali is fighting Kali’s case.” She pats Aarti’s hand reassuringly. “Don’t worry about your case—it will be fought by Raghav Singh Rajput.”
