In contrast, Senior Advocate Rajiv Nayar, representing Priya Kapur, contended that the suit was not maintainable, asserting that the plaintiffs were already beneficiaries under a trust and had received substantial assets shortly before the case was filed.

Represented by Senior Advocate Vaibhav Gaggar, she voiced objections, stating, “There’s something unholy going on.
