PS Plus July Lineup Features Diablo IV

Sony has unveiled the lineup of games set to join PlayStation Plus in July, with the highly anticipated Diablo IV leading the charge. This action role-playing game from Blizzard offers players a familiar dungeon-crawling experience within a new open-world environment. Alongside Diablo IV, subscribers can also look forward to The King of Fighters XV, a popular fighting game, and Jusant, an engaging puzzle platformer. All three titles will be available to PlayStation Plus members starting July 1, with access continuing until August 4.

Diablo IV: A New Adventure Awaits

Diablo IV, which launched on PC and consoles earlier this year, is finally making its way to PlayStation Plus. This installment of the beloved RPG series retains the classic dungeon crawling and looting mechanics while introducing players to an expansive open world. The game features procedurally generated dungeons, ensuring a fresh experience with each playthrough. Players can embark on the campaign solo or team up with friends in online co-op mode, accommodating up to four players.

Gamers will have the option to choose from six distinct character classes, each equipped with unique traits and abilities. Set in the dark fantasy world of Sanctuary, players will confront Lilith, the game’s primary antagonist. Diablo IV will be accessible on both PS4 and PS5, making it a must-play for fans of the franchise and newcomers alike.

The King of Fighters XV: Classic Combat Returns

Joining the PS Plus lineup is The King of Fighters XV, a fighting game developed by KOF Studio that debuted in 2022. This title features the series’ signature 3v3 matchups and enhances the core combat system for a refined gaming experience. With a roster of 39 fighters, players can engage in thrilling battles, supported by rollback netcode for seamless online play.

In addition to the base game, PS Plus subscribers will receive the “Classic Leona” DLC costume, allowing players to dress the character in her nostalgic KoF ‘96 outfit. The King of Fighters XV will be available on both PS4 and PS5, appealing to both long-time fans and new players eager to dive into the action.

Jusant: A Climbing Challenge

Don’t Nod’s Jusant, a unique puzzle platformer, is also set to join the PS Plus lineup next month. The game revolves around the challenge of climbing a colossal tower, featuring multiple paths and diverse biomes. As players ascend, they uncover the forgotten secrets of the civilization that once inhabited the tower.

Jusant incorporates specialized climbing mechanics that require players to manage their stamina and climbing tools effectively. This engaging gameplay element adds depth to the experience, making it a captivating addition for puzzle enthusiasts. The game will be available exclusively on PS5, offering a fresh perspective on the platforming genre.

Celebrating 15 Years of PlayStation Plus

In addition to the exciting game lineup, Sony is commemorating the 15th anniversary of PlayStation Plus this month. To celebrate, the company has announced various benefits for subscribers. Premium members will gain access to game trials for WWE 2K25 and Monster Hunter Wilds, with the former available immediately and the latter launching on June 30.

Moreover, several titles, including Sniper Elite: Resistance, Sid Meier’s Civilization VII, and Star Wars Outlaws, will see discounts on the PlayStation Store this weekend. With these offerings, Sony aims to enhance the value of the PlayStation Plus subscription while providing gamers with a diverse selection of titles to enjoy.
