Additionally, 8 percent of users experienced difficulties connecting to X’s servers. This sudden spike in reports highlights the extent of the disruption affecting users globally.
In India, the situation mirrors the global trend, with over 2,200 users reporting issues accessing X.com and its mobile applications, according to Downdetector.in. Among these reports, 46 percent pertained to the app’s inaccessibility, while 38 percent were linked to login problems. Eighteen percent of users indicated they could not access the website at all. This widespread outage has left many users frustrated and unable to engage with the platform.
Users Encounter Error Messages
As the outage persists, users attempting to load posts on X are met with error messages. The website displays a notification stating, “Something went wrong. Try reloading,” accompanied by a non-functional “Retry” button. Meanwhile, users accessing the platform via the app are greeted with a message indicating, “Posts aren’t loading right now.” These error messages have compounded user frustration, as many are unable to access their feeds or interact with content.
Staff members from Gadgets 360 also reported difficulties loading posts on X, confirming the widespread nature of the issue. The inability to access the platform has prompted users to seek updates and alternatives, as they await a resolution from the company.
