Welcome to YRKKH Written Update 18th May 2025. Scene 1: Race Against Time
The Poddar and Goenka families, along with Arman and Abhira, crowd into the hallway, phones buzzing with frantic messages. “Pookie’s gone! Check every room!” Madhav barks, pacing. Vidya grabs his arm. “Did you find the baby?” she asks, voice tight. Madhav shakes his head, signaling no. Abhira and Arman sprint to a storage room, flipping open cardboard boxes. “Pookie’s here somewhere!” Abhira insists, her hands trembling. Ruhi spots blood on Abhira’s sleeve. “You’re hurt! Go to the hospital!” she urges. Abhira waves her off. “I’ll die before I fail to find Pookie,” she snaps, diving back into the search. Arman grabs Abhira’s arm. “This is your fault! You lost the baby!” he yells, his voice cracking. “If anything happens to Pookie, I’m done with you!” Abhira flinches but stands her ground. “I know I messed up, but we have to find her!” Kajal steps between them. “Abhira loves Pookie. She’s part of this baby’s life!” she argues. Manisha adds, “IVF mothers fight just as hard. Don’t be cruel, Arman.” Kaveri crosses her arms. “Your thinking is stuck in the past.” Arman glares. “This isn’t about anyone else. It’s about Abhira. She’s a terrible mother.” Vidya steps forward. “She saved Pookie! Don’t call her selfish!” she shouts. Arman sneers, “You’re just a stepmother. You don’t get to judge me.” Vidya’s face hardens. “Leave this house if you can’t respect us,” she snaps. Arman storms out, slamming the door.
Scene 2: Desperation and Despair
Abhira collapses to her knees, clutching a tiny blanket. “Pookie, come back!” she sobs, her voice echoing. “God, protect her!” Tears streak her face as she dials a number. “Akshara? BSP? Please help!” she pleads. Ruhi kneels beside her. “Stop crying. We’ll find her,” she murmurs. Abhira shakes her head. “Arman’s right. I’m a bad mother.” Manish pulls her up. “Focus on helping Arman. He needs you now.” Abhira whispers, “I’ll die if we don’t find her.” Suddenly, a note slips under the door. Abhira reads it aloud: “This is over. We’re done.” Her breath hitches. “He’s leaving me…” she chokes out, crumpling the paper. Cut to Arman outside, torching a wooden chair in a fire pit. “No more chances for Abhira,” he growls, watching the flames consume it.
Scene 3: Fractured Bonds and Unanswered Prayers
Back inside, the families argue. “We should split up!” Prem suggests. “Check the garden!” Leela adds. Abhira clutches her stomach, swaying. “I shouldn’t have taken Pookie…” she mutters. Ruhi grips her shoulder. “Don’t blame yourself.” Manish pulls Abhira aside. “Support Arman. He’s breaking too.” Abhira nods weakly, but her eyes stay glued to the door where Arman vanished. Vidya watches silently, then snaps, “Enough! Let’s focus!” The room falls quiet.
Scene 4: A Heartbreaking Goodbye
Abhira wanders to the nursery, tracing Pookie’s crib. “Come back,” she whispers. Her phone buzzes—a text from Arman: “Don’t contact me again.” She sinks to the floor, silent tears falling. Arman, now alone in his car, punches the steering wheel. “Pookie’s mine. Abhira gets nothing,” he vows, speeding away.
