Scene 1: A Shocking New Addition
Arman claps his hands. “Everyone, meet Neha. She’s here to help with Pookie.” Abhira’s eyes widen. “A caretaker? Without asking me?” Neha steps forward. “Seven years of experience with babies,” she says, holding out her resume. Abhira ignores it. “Arman, we never discussed this!” Arman folds his arms. “You’re stressed. I want to help.” Abhira glares. “Help? You think I can’t handle my own child?” She turns to Neha. “You’re fired.” Neha stammers but leaves quietly. Vidya rushes in. “Abhira, Arman only wants to support you!” Abhira grabs her keys. “Support? He trusts a stranger more than me.” She storms out. Kajal whispers to Manisha, “Arman’s not mean. He’s just trying.” Manisha snaps, “He made Abhira feel useless!” Kaveri overhears. “Vidya, why defend Arman? You’re on Abhira’s side!” Vidya bites her lip. “I… I didn’t think.”
Scene 2: Sides Chosen, Words Exchanged
Abhira finds Arman packing his briefcase. “We need to talk,” she says. Arman zips his bag. “Later.” She blocks his path. “Pookie’s our child, not a problem to solve!” Arman sighs. “You’re always tired. I wanted to ease your load.” Abhira’s voice cracks. “You’re making me feel like I’m failing!” Arman hesitates. “I’ll go to the office. You handle Pookie.” He leaves. Abhira cradles Pookie. “Don’t worry, beta. Baba’s just confused.” Meanwhile, Ruhi, Swarna, Surekha, and Manish arrive. Ruhi lifts baby Daksh. “Let them meet their cousins!” Abhira forces a smile. Swarna whispers, “You and Arman fought, didn’t you?” Ruhi nods. “Abhira, don’t let him push you around.”
Scene 3: Crisis in the Cradle
Arman stares at his phone, scrolling through parenting apps. At home, Abhira laughs as Pookie tugs her earring. Suddenly, Pookie’s face flushes red. “Mommy?” Abhira touches the baby’s forehead. “You’re burning up!” Kajal rushes in. “Call the doctor!” Charu and Kiara hover. “Cool her down with a sponge!” Abhira dabs Pookie’s cheeks. Manisha texts Arman. His phone buzzes: “Pookie’s sick. Come home.” Arman bursts in, snatching Pookie. “This proves you can’t handle her!” Kaveri blocks him. “Where are you taking her?” Arman barks, “Ruhi’s house. She needs real care.” Kaveri slaps him. “Ruhi let Abhira bond with Pookie! Who are you to say Abhira’s not enough?” Abhira stands frozen, clutching her earring.
Scene 4: Truths Unveiled, Bonds Tested
Arman holds Pookie tighter. “She’s crying because Abhira feels like a stranger!” Abhira gasps. “A stranger? She’s MY daughter!” Kaveri steps closer. “You’re the stranger here, Arman. Pookie needs her mother.” Abhira battles Pookie’s illness while confronting Arman’s doubts. Amid tears, she accuses him of neglecting her emotions. Kaveri urges Abhira to walk away and make Arman understand her pain.
