Welcome to YRKKH Written Update 11th May 2025. In Today’s Episode, Ruhi makes a heartfelt vow to stay and help raise Pookie. The family celebrates with gifts and footprints, but Arman’s protectiveness causes a stir. On Mother’s Day, Abhira receives a surprise gift but faces new worries about her place….. Scene 1: Ruhi’s Promise to Stay
Ruhi sees little Pookie wrapped in a soft blanket. She reaches out and gently brushes a lock of hair. “I want to spend every day with Pookie,” she says softly. Abhira stands close by. She tilts her head. “Are you afraid we will forget you once Pookie arrives?” she asks. Ruhi shakes her head. She grips Abhira’s hand. “No. I will stay with the Goenkas,” she says. “I don’t want Pookie to grow up without me.” Abhira’s eyes fill with warmth. “We will raise Pookie together,” she promises. Ruhi draws a breath. She looks at Abhir, who has just joined them. “You two gave me my childhood back,” she says, her voice trembling. “I’m sorry I stole yours.”
Abhir steps forward. “We forgive you,” he says, offering his hand. Ruhi lowers her gaze. “Please don’t forgive me,” she whispers. Abhira and Abhir exchange a glance. Abhira smiles. “We move on,” she says. Abhir nods. The three hug. Their laughter fills the room. Abhir pulls back and leans close. “Let’s hide this from Manish,” he says. He smiles. “We don’t need him to feel bad.” Ruhi nods in agreement. “Pookie is our lucky star,” she says. They share a quiet look, happy and at peace.
Scene 2: A Festive Welcome for Pookie
Later that day, Kaveri opens the front gate. Arman and Abhira walk in, Pookie cradled in Arman’s arms. Kaveri steps forward. “Welcome home, little one,” she says, her voice warm. She bends to kiss Pookie’s forehead. Manisha stands beside Kaveri, holding a clean white sheet. “Let’s take baby’s footprints,” she suggests. “On this sheet.” Arman frowns. “Will this hurt Pookie’s skin?” he asks, his voice soft with worry. Manisha shakes her head. “I spoke to the doctor,” she says. “It’s safe. Just a quick print.” Abhira kneels down. She spreads the sheet and guides Pookie’s foot onto the ink pad. Then she presses it gently. They all admire the tiny print on the sheet. Kaveri beams. “Pookie will look back at this one day.” Kaveri reaches behind her and brings out a small cradle. It rocks in her hands. “A gift for our little guest,” she says.
The Poddar family comes in one by one, each carrying a small present. Blankets, rattles, soft toys, and a tiny silver spoon. They place them around the cradle. Arman steps close to Pookie. He holds the baby tight. He glances at Abhira. “Pookie depends on us,” he says firmly. Abhira reaches out. “I know how to care for the baby,” she says. Arman does not let go. “Let me keep Pookie for now,” he says, as he turns away from her.
Scene 3: Morning Call and Mother’s Day Wishes
The next morning, Abhira wakes and searches the room. “Where is Pookie?” she asks quietly. A maid peeks in. “Sir Arman is giving Pookie some sun outside,” she says. Abhira hurries outside and finds Arman sitting on the patio with Pookie in his lap. She steps forward. Her phone rings. It is Ruhi. Abhira answers. “Happy Mother’s Day,” Ruhi says. Abhira smiles. “Thank you,” she replies. “Pookie is with Arman.” Ruhi’s voice softens. “I wish Akshara and Arohi a Happy Mother’s Day too,” she says. She shows Abhira a picture of the two women. Abhira’s heart aches. She looks down at Pookie, asleep in Arman’s arms. Arman clears his throat. “Happy Mother’s Day to me,” he says, rocking the baby. Abhira turns to him, surprised. “You mean Pookie’s Mother’s Day?” she asks.
Arman laughs. “On behalf of Pookie,” he says. “You are the best gift.” He reaches into his coat pocket and pulls out a small box. He hands it to Abhira. Abhira opens it and gasps. Inside are a pair of high-heeled shoes. Tiny gems sparkle on the straps. She looks at Arman. “Where will I ever wear these?” she asks. Arman shrugs. “Anywhere you like,” he says. “But not with Pookie.” Abhira stands still, clutching the shoes, as Arman turns back to the baby.
Scene 4: New Gifts, New Fears
Inside the house, Kaveri watches Arman and Abhira from the window. She sighs. Manisha follows her. “Arman means well,” she says. Kaveri shakes her head. “I worry,” she says. “Abhira loves that child.” In the hall, Abhira holds the gem shoes. She runs her finger over a heel. Arman sets Pookie in the cradle and returns to her side. He takes her hand. “Have a lovely day,” he says. “You deserve it.” Abhira nods slowly, her mind racing. She looks down at the cradle. Pookie stirs. Abhira bends over and adjusts the baby’s blanket. She glances at the shoes in her hand, then at the cradle. Her smile is small but real. She places the shoes on a side table. As Arman walks away, Abhira watches him through her lashes. She whispers to herself, “I will protect you, Pookie.”
