Moto Tag, a new Bluetooth-enabled location tracker from Lenovo-owned Motorola, has officially launched in India. This device, which supports Google’s Find My Device network, was first introduced in the United States in June 2024. Priced at approximately ₹2,423 (or $29), the Moto Tag aims to help users keep track of their belongings with advanced features, including ultra-wideband (UWB) technology. The tracker enters a competitive market, joining similar products from brands like Noise and Boat, which have also released Bluetooth trackers earlier this year.
Moto Tag Price in India and Availability
In India, the Moto Tag is priced at ₹2,299 and will soon be available for purchase through Flipkart and the Moto India website. Customers can choose from two attractive color options: Jade Green and Starlight Blue. The launch of the Moto Tag comes at a time when the demand for personal tracking devices is on the rise, as more consumers seek reliable solutions to keep track of their valuables. A dedicated ringer button allows users to find misplaced phones easily and can also function as a remote capture button for taking photos. The device is powered by a replaceable CR2032 battery, which is expected to last up to one year. Additionally, the Moto Tag offers end-to-end encryption for location data, ensuring that only the owner can track their belongings.
