What can servo dynamometer be used for? I’ll tell you, servo dynamometer can directly display a series of data, including the input voltage, input power, current, speed, torque, output power and so on, so that these data visualization, and servo dynamometer can print these data, but also can choose different kinds of output format.
The servo dynamometer can test the machine under test with considerable precision, including speed and torque control, which is more flexible, and the intelligent technology used in the machine is DTC, which can complete the dynamic manipulation of constant torque.
When we use this product, we should first turn on the drive power, and then set the torque value, when the servo drive and servo motor work, it will be in the micro load cell consumption state, at this time we can turn on the test motor, so that its power supply began to run, our servo motor in the zero-speed state will be gradually loaded to the previously set torque, and in the process of driving the torque speed sensor rotation, and then the control system will start according to our needs. The control system will start the torque value according to our demand, and these data are transparent and visible and can be output.
Servo dynamometer models are extremely parameterized:
Conventional extra speed 1000rpm, 1500rpm, 2000rpm, 3000rpm, the following table takes 1500rpm as an example.
- o Rigidity and backlash: Fix the input shaft of the reducer, load the output shaft gradually from 0 to the rated torque, record the amount of change in the angle of rotation of the output shaft, plot the hysteresis curve, and calculate the backlash and spring constant.
- o Incremental starting torque: Apply a torque greater than the incremental starting torque to the output shaft and measure the torque required for starting.
- o No-load running torque: Measure the input shaft torque required to run the gearbox without load.
- o Efficiency: running under load and fixed speed, calculate the ratio of input power to output power.
- o Temperature: Measure the temperature change of different parts of the reducer under a fixed speed and load2.
