Scene 1: Withdrawing Cases and Awakening Truths
Abhira approached Kajal with a sincere request to resolve the ongoing legal conflict within their family. “Please consider withdrawing the case you filed against Vidya,” she pleaded earnestly. “This legal battle is tearing our family apart, and we need to find a way to heal together.” After much consideration and internal struggle, Kajal decided to comply with Abhira’s request and withdrew the complaint she had made to the police. “I will withdraw the case as you asked,” she told Abhira reluctantly. Abhira felt grateful for Kajal’s cooperation and expressed her appreciation. “Thank you so much for doing this,” she said with relief. “I know this decision might not have been easy for you to make, but you did the right thing for our family’s wellbeing.”
She then shared her hopes for the family’s future. “I believe that everything will slowly return to normal now that this legal matter is behind us,” she said optimistically. However, Kajal’s response shocked Abhira with its bitter honesty. “Nothing will fall into place or return to normal because I don’t want it to,” she declared firmly. “The damage that has been done cannot be easily repaired.” She continued explaining her changed perspective on the family dynamics. “The Poddars only know how to insult me and treat me with disrespect,” she said with disappointment. “I have finally realized my true position in this household.” Abhira tried to attribute Kajal’s harsh words to emotional pain. “You are speaking this way because you are hurt by what happened,” she suggested gently. But Kajal corrected her assumption with strong conviction.
“I am not hurt anymore,” she replied. “Instead, I am awakened to the reality of my situation in this house.” She then revealed her deeper understanding of family priorities. “In the Poddar house, my family always comes last in importance,” she explained. “We are treated as secondary members who don’t deserve equal respect.” Kajal made a serious accusation about the family’s treatment of her over the years. “Kaveri has never supported me in any situation, and I have remained silent about this injustice for too long,” she said. “But this time, I will not stay quiet about the unfair treatment.” She then made a shocking demand that would change everything. “I want the separation and division of the house property,” she announced. “I am demanding my rightful share of what belongs to this family.”
Scene 2: Legal Rights and Furious Rejections
Arman was taken aback by Kajal’s extreme demand and tried to calm the situation. “Please don’t overreact to what happened,” he requested. “Property division is a very serious step that will permanently damage our family relationships.” However, Kajal remained firm in her decision and explained her reasoning. “Vidya has seriously hurt my self-respect and dignity,” she stated. “I cannot continue living in a house where I am treated with such disrespect.” Sanjay stepped forward to support his wife’s position and challenge the family’s shocked reaction. “Why are the Poddars so surprised by Kajal demanding her rightful share?” he asked pointedly. “The law clearly gives equal rights to daughters when it comes to property inheritance.” He then reminded everyone of his own contributions to the family business.
“When Madhav and Manoj were not handling the firm properly, I stepped in to help it grow and succeed,” he explained. “My efforts and hard work have contributed significantly to this family’s prosperity.” Despite these arguments, both Abhira and Arman continued trying to convince Kajal to reconsider her drastic decision. “Please think about what you’re asking for,” Abhira pleaded. “Property division will destroy the unity that has kept our family together for so many years.” But Kajal refused to listen to their appeals and remained focused on her primary concern. “My self-respect matters more to me than anything else,” she declared. “I will not change my mind about this decision, regardless of what anyone says to convince me otherwise.”
Kaveri became furious when she heard Kajal’s demands and decided to give her a harsh reality check about her position in the family. “Let me tell you some truths about your situation,” Kaveri said angrily to Kajal. When Sanjay tried to support his wife by speaking on her behalf, Kaveri immediately silenced him. “Don’t you dare interrupt me while I am talking to her,” she warned Sanjay sternly. “I will not tolerate any interference during this conversation.” She then directed her full attention back to Kajal with cutting words. “The Bansals are living such a lavish and comfortable lifestyle only because of my firm and the opportunities it has provided,” she stated bluntly. “Your family’s prosperity comes entirely from the business that I built and continue to manage.” Kaveri continued her attack by pointing out specific examples of her family’s dependence.
“Krish would not have achieved anything meaningful in his career if he hadn’t been allowed to join our firm,” she said cruelly. “His success is entirely due to the platform and support we provided him.” After delivering these harsh truths, Kaveri made her position absolutely clear regarding the property demands. “I firmly refuse any distribution or division of the property,” she declared. “There will be no partition of assets under any circumstances.” Kajal responded to this rejection with her own threat of legal action. “If you refuse to give me what is rightfully mine, then I will go to court to get it,” she warned. “I will pursue legal action to obtain my fair share of the property.” This threat made Kaveri even more furious than she had been before.
Scene 3: Broken Relationships and Emotional Breakdowns
Arman made another attempt to reach out to Kajal and convince her to abandon her destructive plans. “Please listen to reason and reconsider what you’re asking for,” he said desperately. “This property dispute will cause permanent damage to relationships that have taken years to build.” However, Kajal had made up her mind and refused to engage in any further discussion with him. “I will not talk to you or anyone else about this matter,” she told him firmly. “My decision is final, and no amount of talking will change it.” Similarly, Kaveri was so angry about the entire situation that she refused to speak with Abhira, despite Abhira’s attempts to mediate the conflict. The family was becoming increasingly divided as communication broke down between key members.
In another part of the house, Kiara was questioning Tanya’s support for Kajal’s radical demands. “How can you possibly support Kajal’s demand for property partition?” she asked with confusion. “Don’t you understand that this will destroy our family completely?” Tanya defended her position by expressing admiration for Kajal’s courage. “I am proud of Kajal for finally taking a stand for herself,” she replied. “She has been mistreated for too long, and it’s time she demanded respect.” But Kiara strongly disagreed with this perspective. “You are supporting the wrong thing,” she told Tanya.
“Property division is not the solution to family problems.” Meanwhile, Abhir was making his own attempts to resolve the conflict by approaching Sanjay and Krish on Charu’s behalf. “Please consider the impact this is having on other family members,” he pleaded with them. “Charu is particularly upset about how this conflict is affecting everyone.” However, both Sanjay and Krish refused to listen to his appeals or consider any compromise in their position.
Scene 4: Accusations and Family Trauma
Vidya became increasingly angry with Arman and Abhira for their handling of the entire crisis. “You two are not supporting me the way Tanya and Krish are supporting Kajal,” she accused them bitterly. “I expected you to stand by me during this difficult time, but instead you’re trying to appease everyone.” She continued her criticism of their approach to the family conflict. “While Kajal has people fighting for her rights and defending her actions, I am left to face the consequences alone,” she complained. Vidya then began speaking against Kajal with harsh words about her character and motivations. “She is being unreasonable and destructive,” she said angrily. “Her demands will ruin everything we have built together as a family.”
The weight of these accusations from Vidya, combined with the pressure from Kajal’s demands, finally broke down Arman and Abhira emotionally. They found themselves caught between opposing sides of the family conflict, unable to satisfy anyone’s expectations or find a solution that would work for everyone. The stress of trying to hold the family together while being criticized by both sides proved too much for them to handle. They realized that their efforts to mediate and bring peace had failed completely, leaving them feeling helpless and defeated.
During this emotional chaos, young Myra approached Kaveri with innocent questions about what was happening in the family. “What does partition mean?” she asked her grandmother with confusion. “Why is everyone so upset and angry with each other?” Kaveri found herself becoming emotional as she tried to explain the situation to her granddaughter. The presence of the innocent child in the middle of such a bitter family dispute made the reality of what was happening even more painful for Kaveri to accept. She realized that the family’s unity, which had been built over many years, was now being destroyed by legal battles and property disputes that would leave lasting scars on everyone involved, including the youngest members who didn’t understand why their loved ones were fighting so viciously with each other.

However, Kaveri will question how she can plan a celebration during such a tense and difficult time for the household. Despite these efforts, Kajal will refuse to participate in the function, maintaining her distance from family activities.
