The Stubborn Standoff and Festival Plans
Abhira crosses her arms and glares at Sanjay. “You’re being stubborn! You need Arman’s help, so give him the money respectfully,” she demands. Sanjay scoffs, “What if I say no?” Abhira leans closer. “A mechanic can fix a car… or make it worse. Your choice.” Grumbling, Sanjay shoves a cash-filled envelope at Arman, who nods at Abhira. “Thank you.” Nearby, Rohit claps his hands. “Let’s celebrate Holi with Arman and Abhira!” Arman turns to Abhira, his voice soft. “Thank you again.” Abhira tilts her head. “Are you mad at me?” Arman sighs. “I was scared for you. Why hide your pain?” She touches his arm. “I didn’t want you to worry.” They smile weakly. “Happy Holi,” they say together. Shivani watches them and murmurs, “At least they’re talking now.”
Rohit drags Manisha, Manoj, and others toward them. “Let’s play Holi!” Abhira spots Charu sitting alone and whispers to Arman, “She looks so sad.” Shivani tugs Rohit’s sleeve, but he walks away. “Play with the Poddars,” Shivani tells Abhira. “Not without you!” Abhira insists, pulling Shivani into the group.
Thandai Troubles and Family Revelations
Vidya points angrily at Kaveri and Sanjay. “You ruined Arman’s life!” Sanjay snaps back, “You’re just as guilty!” Kaveri rolls her eyes. “Stop blaming us!” Their argument fades as Manish, Swarna, and others gulp down thandai. Soon, they wobble and giggle, acting oddly. Abhira and Ruhi sneak toward the thandai pot. “One sip won’t hurt—” Ruhi begins. Rohit yanks the cup away. “No! Remember last time?” Arman nods. “Listen to him.” Krish runs in, panting. “The elders drank thandai! They’re dancing like crazy!” The group rushes to find Manish and Swarna twirling clumsily. Arman laughs until tears form. “This is… something.” Abhira grabs his hand. “Dance with us!” Reluctantly, Arman joins, slowly smiling as the music plays.
Dancing Away the Past
Arman spins Abhira gently. “I’m done living in the past. You’ve stood by me… always.” Abhira blushes. “That’s what partners do.” Arman’s voice cracks. “I’m loyal to you and Shivani. Both of you matter.” Vidya pulls Abhira aside, tears streaming. “Bring Arman back to me! Please!” Abhira freezes. “I… I’ll try.” Later, Arman fiddles with a new stove. “Help me fix this?” Abhira kneels beside him. “You’d burn the house down alone.” Arman bumps her shoulder. “I’m incomplete without you.” They share a quiet smile.
