On the joyous occasion of Baisakhi, Meshadi, Vaishakhadi, Puthandu, Vishu, Naba Barsha and Bohag Bihu, I convey my warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to all our citizens.

These festivals, celebrated with unique names and traditions across the nation, weave a beautiful tapestry of our rich cultural heritage. They resonate with a renewed sense of optimism and hope for a prosperous future. As we embrace the joy of new beginnings, let us recommit ourselves to the spirit of unity in diversity that defines the civilisational ethos of Bharat.
